A Pressed Flower Halloween Makeup Tutorial
Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. Despite our traditional Halloween plans looking a little different this year, I’m still finding a way to celebrate one of my favorite holidays with this easy and beautiful Pressed Flower Makeup look. Personally, I plan on throwing on a slip dress and some fairy wings from the costume trunk and keeping my costume more simple this Hallows Eve (I’M SO TIRED!).
All you need to achieve this look is fresh and simple makeup, tiny flowers, and a balm (I used The All-Over Balm from my new skincare line) to apply them. This Halloween makeup is a piece of cake, so keep reading for my tutorial to recreate this look…
Pressed Flower Halloween Makeup
Here’s what I used:
- Lauren Conrad Beauty The Lip & Cheek Tint in Peony, $20
- Lauren Conrad Beauty The Eyebrow Pencil in Light Brown, $22
- Lauren Conrad Beauty The Eyeshadow Palette in Magic Hour, $29
- Lauren Conrad Beauty The Liquid Highlighter, $26
- Lauren Conrad Beauty The Mascara, $20
- Lauren Conrad Beauty The All-Over Balm, $24
- Tiny flowers
I started by applying the light matte {top left} eyeshadow from my Magic Hour palette all over my eye, then took the mauve {bottom left} shade and lightly applied it in my crease for definition. I then filled in my brows, added a bit of color to my cheeks with my cheek tint, applied my liquid highlighter to the tops of my cheekbones, and finished with a coat of mascara.
Now for the fun part. I picked the tiniest flowers I could find in our garden and pressed them in a book the day before. Once my makeup was complete, I applied a light layer of The All-Over Balm to my face and applied them one at a time. It only took a few minutes and was much easier than I expected it to be.
And that’s it! A simple, easy Halloween makeup tutorial that’s light, fresh, and so pretty.
What will you be for Halloween?
