Of all of the makeup in the collection, The Liquid Eyeliner is quite possibly the product I put the most work into getting perfect. You all know that I love a classic cat eye. And after my former favorite eyeliner was discontinued a few years ago, creating a liquid eyeliner that’s pigmented, smooth, and doesn’t smudge was at the very top of my list.
The Liquid Eyeliner has a lightweight, non-smearing formula that’s transfer-proof, so it stays on all day long. It has a flexible brush tip applicator, which makes it easy to apply the liner as thick or thin as you’d like.
