My Create & Cultivate Outfit Details

This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to speak at the keynote roundtable for Create & Cultivate’s Pop-Up event about how my co-founder, Hannah Skvarla, and I started our nonprofit, The Little Market. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to speak about the work that we’ve done with The Little Market to help lift up and support other women and underserved communities around the world. Overall, it was an amazing day filled with so many inspirational women striving to grow and cultivate their own businesses.

For the event, I wore a pair of bordeaux, high-waisted Milly pants with a cream, balloon-sleeved Ulla Johnson pullover. I wanted something that felt business-appropriate but still casual, chic, and comfortable enough for an all-day event. These pants were the perfect pair for a French tuck too. I can honestly say that this is one of my favorite work outfits because not only did I feel at ease knowing my clothes would stay in place, but also, it’s such a flattering, statement look on practically everyone. While these pants are a splurge, I can guarantee you that you’ll wear them over and over again for years to come, no matter the occasion.
