Fall Jacket Trend Guide
We’ve been waiting quite a while for fall to hit us in Southern California, and now that it finally has, we’re bundling up in all the jackets we can find. Layering is one of our favorite parts of the seasons changing, and with so many new pieces hitting stores (including some of our very favorites in the LC Lauren Conrad collection!), we wanted to break down all the ways to style these versatile pieces. One of the best parts of stocking up on jackets for fall is that you can use them as a way to break up your daily uniform… and look chic doing it. Jeans and a tee turns into a fully-fledged fashion look with the addition of a new trench, bomber, or duster coat. In fact, pretty much every look we can think of can be improved with the addition of one of these pieces, so keep reading to see a few of our favorite styles…

ASOS DESIGN Tall Textured Slim Coat, $49
Duster Coats
We’re absolutely loving this throwback style that has dominated the fashion world lately. Pair a feminine, floral duster with frayed jeans for a high-low look, or use a heavier wool version as a topper piece for a date night with black skinny jeans and a tank. Either way, you’ll feel elegant and high fashion in this longer look.
