Recipe Box: Be Well By Kelly Healthy Breakfast Options
When it comes to weekday breakfast, we look for recipes that are both nourishing and quick. Because as much as we want to start off our days on a healthy note, cooking up an elaborate meal first thing in the AM isn’t always realistic. Luckily, these two breakfast recipes by Be Well By Kelly check off both of those boxes! Kelly LeVeque is our go-to gal when it comes to nutritionist-approved fare, and we’re already big fans of her Fab Four smoothies (the ‘Fab Four’ refers to protein, fat, fiber and greens). So today, Kelly is sharing a new favorite cookies ‘n’ cream smoothie recipe, plus a green and glowing kiwi smoothie bowl. (Tip: A smoothie bowl is just as quick to whip up as a regular smoothie, but if you like to sit down and enjoy a real breakfast rather than drinking it on the go, a smoothie bowl can feel more satisfying.)
