I’m obsessed with this comedy special. It’s the perfect balance of authentic, personal experience and humor that had me laughing out loud the entire time. Hasan’s stories about childhood and dating as part of an immigrant family are totally eye-opening, and he tells his story in such a refreshing way. I’ve been a fan of Rachael Devaux’s health-focused blog for a while now, so when I saw this recipe pop up on my Instagram feed, featuring one of my all-time favorite Trader Joe’s ingredients (their salsa verde is everything), I knew I had to try it. This was the perfect recovery meal after a very long travel day—I actually liked it so much that I’ve made it twice in the past two weeks!
