Call it cliché, but the minute fall hits we want to eat pumpkin everrryything. In fact, the arrival of fall flavors is one of the only things that makes saying goodbye to summer OK. From pumpkin pie to pumpkin crumble donuts to homemade butternut squash ravioli with sage brown butter sauce, there are plenty of indulgent fall dishes to choose from. But if you’re looking for something a little more nutritious, that’s where today’s recipe comes in! This warming pumpkin-flavored breakfast bowl from our girl Be Well By Kelly tastes like a cross between chia pudding and a grain-free “oatmeal.” This nutritionist-approved breakfast is grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and packed with protein. And unlike traditional chia seed pudding, you can whip it up in a matter of minutes instead of leaving it in the fridge overnight. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?
