Day Won can't touch this legging

3. Day Won Can’t Touch This Legging, $89
Candice Huffine is one of my biggest role models and heroes, so naturally I became obsessed with her active wear line Day Won that she launched last year (the star print leggings are the cutest!)  She just added a new legging to the collection, and I am in love. Not only is this pair of leggings adorable, but I’m even more into what it stands for: our bodies, our confidence, our power, our strength, our rights, our dreams, our size, our goals and our drive are #notupforgrabs. Also, a portion of the proceeds from these leggings will be donated to female empowerment non-profit I Am That Girl, so you can look cute while working out and support an amazing organization! –Rachel, Managing Editor

LC Lauren Conrad faux fur throw pillows

4. LC Lauren Conrad Faux Fur Throw Pillow, $31.99
I have a problem with buying too many throw pillows, but after seeing these ones I don’t plan on holding back… I love neutrals and this faux fur throw pillow in ivory would fit perfectly in my house! In fact, I feel like an accent like this could work in so many décor styles, from super feminine and glamorous, to eclectic, and everything in between. –Tessa, Editorial Assistant

Rain of Gold book

5. Rain of Gold by Victor Villaseñor, $10.53
I just finished this book, which had been on my radar since Lauren included it in her summer reading list a few years ago. It is one of the most beautifully written books I have ever read. I was so captivated by Villaseñor’s story about his family, which Amazon describes as “a true-life saga of love, family and destiny that pulses with bold vitality, sweeping from the war-ravaged Mexican mountains of Pancho Villa’s revolution to the days of Prohibition in California.” I know a book has become an all-time favorite of mine when I find myself sad that it’s over, and that’s exactly how I felt upon turning the final page. –Allison, Managing Editor

The Little Market bath bomb

The Little Market bath bombs

6. The Little Market Bath Bomb in Orange, $8 each
There are two reasons why I love this specific product from The Little Market. The first being the fact that it’s a bath bomb, and what person doesn’t love running a hot bath with one of these babies after a long day? But the real reason why I love these bath bombs is that they’re made in the Downtown Women’s Shelter in Los Angeles. I had the privilege of touring this incredible place and got to witness first hand all of the wonderful and empowering things they’re doing to help homeless women in L.A. Each bath bomb is made with love from one and the proceeds directly benefit the Downtown Women’s Shelter and their incredible artisans. –Jessi, Senior Editor

beyond yoga high slit duster

7. Beyond Yoga High Slits Long Duster, $132
I just bought this sweater duster from Beyond Yoga in black and I’ve already worn it multiple times. It’s made of the coziest fleece fabric, and is great to throw on over workout clothes or jeans and a tee. –Ilana, Managing Editor

Becca backlit primer

8. Becca Backlight Priming Filter Face Primer, $38
While I usually like mattifying makeup products, I’ve been craving a subtle glow lately. Since I’ve been hiding a Sephora gift card away for a rainy day, I finally put it to good use and purchased this Backlight Priming Filter Face Primer from Becca. Since this brand has incredible highlighters, I knew I would love the dewy look the primer gives under my foundation. –Jessi, Senior Editor

LC Lauren Conrad slide sandals

9. LC Lauren Conrad Women’s Knotted Microsuede Sandals, $24
I practically live in slide sandals in the spring and summer, so I always add at least a couple new pairs to my wardrobe when the weather heats up. I need these chic knotted slides in both colors—luckily they’re so affordable so I don’t have to feel guilty buying multiple pairs! –Ilana, Managing Editor

the silver linings podcast

10. The Silver Linings Podcast by Scott Stevens
This is a new podcast that was just created by the husband of a friend from my hometown, and I’ve already flown through the first two episodes. It tells the stories of different people’s trials, hardships, and tragedies straight from the people who lived through them and how they found the good, or “silver lining,” in an unfortunate situation. It’s been so uplifting and heartbreaking to hear their stories, but I always find myself coming away with a fresh perspective on life after listening. But just be warned: if you put this podcast on in the car, your tears (including happy ones!) may obstruct your ability to drive so you might want to save this one for another time. –Tessa, Editorial Assistant
