Tuesday Ten: February Style Tips

Happy Valentine’s Day to all of my lovely LaurenConrad.com readers out there! There are so many reasons to love the month of February, but let’s not forget about Fashion Week. If you’ve been following along with the runways in New York, you’re as bummed as I am that there are only two days left to soak it all in. As I patiently wait to see what the Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks have in store, I thought it would be the perfect time to share my monthly round of Style Tips. While the runway may be sporting pieces that are a little bit out of reach, these next 10 outfits are perfect for the everyday fashionista. You’re bound to be inspired to spruce up your wardrobe after feasting your eyes on this month’s roundup of fashion-forward bloggers. Keep scrolling to see how you can nail the perfect street style look whether you’re attending fashion week or just following it from afar…

Rose duster coat via Little Blonde Book

1. Yes way rosé.
It’s easy to see why I’m blown away by the first look on my Style Tips list. There’s no better way to elevate a casual look than with a statement coat like this one. Any rosy shade of pink forever takes the cake in my book, just like this entire outfit on Taylor of Little Blonde Book.

Complete with a cape

2. Complete with a cape.
One piece that I’ve been in love with lately has to be the cape dress. This style is seriously underrated and one of the most elegant. Mary of Happily Grey completed her look with some over-the-knee boots, a simple necklace and a twisted low bun. I love it!

Florals are always fun

3. Florals are always fun.
This sweet floral dress needs to find its way into my closet asap! With a bow at the neckline and structured black details, this flowery number is at the top of my must-have list. Liz of Sequins & Stripes kept her accessories classic with cap-toe flats and a nude handbag.

Sweater season forever has my heart. Rebecca of Little Lady O is keeping it cozy in her oversized sweater and neutral saddle bag. Sometimes less really is more, and this outfit is the perfect example.

Fall for frayed hems

5. Fall for frayed hems.
If you know me, you can instantly recognize why I love this outfit so much. Blush pink sweater, frayed blue jeans, and a killer pair of velvet booties are a combination made in heaven. Danielle of Pineapple & Prosecco topped it all off with a classic fedora and viola!

Shine in metallic skirts

6. Metallic movement.
Make no mistake, metallic skirts are having quite a moment. It’s hard to resist a midi skirt with so much movement! Nicole of A Styled Love Affair shows off just how fun a metallic skirt can be with her leather moto jacket and strappy heels.

Faux fur all February long

8. Fantastic faux fur.
Thanks to the crazy weather we’ve been experiencing this winter, I’m happy that I still get to rock pieces like this faux fur coat. Erica of Erie Nick looks as cozy as can be, and chic to boot.

Lace overlay dress via Fashion Jackson

9. Lace overlay love.
Valentine’s Day may be today but that doesn’t mean you can’t step out in an ensemble like this later in the month. Don’t reserve a lacy dress like this just for date night. Amy of Fashion Jackson is a vision in red!
