Here's what you can expect to find on this month...

The holiday hustle and bustle has started early here at Team LC headquarters. That’s right, November is here and I’m ready to move full steam ahead into the most beloved season of the year. My team and I have already been hard at work at making this your chicest holiday season yet. To say I’m excited to share all of our crafts, recipes and ideas with you is an understatement! The first celebration on the list is none other than Thanksgiving. Whether you’re perfecting the dinner menu for a family affair or planning a friendsgiving to remember, trust me when I say that you’ll be prepared for every type of soiree.

This month we’ll all be setting our tables and reminiscing on all that we’re thankful for—that’s why my team and I have come up with the prettiest ombré fall tablescape for you all to gather around. To help you plan your menu, I can’t wait to share my recipe for butternut squash raviolis and stuffed baked sweet potatoes. I’ll cheers to that…especially if it’s with an apple cider mimosa. There’s nothing that I love more than fall flavors! If you’re travelling this Thanksgiving, you don’t want to miss my holiday travel hacks. Trust me when I say that your life will be way easier! Lastly, if you’re celebrating with your significant other, I’m giving my best advice on how to merge your families for the holidays. I’ve definitely learned some helpful tips ever since William and I tied the knot.

I’ve already given too much away, so you’ll have to stick around this month to find out what else is in store!

What would you like to see on the blog during November?

Let me know your ideas in the comments!

Lauren, I love your site! Can you post something about how to manage stress and that it doesn’t have to be perfect just because it’s a holiday.?. Can’t wait to try the raviolis…. thanks Lola

I love the part about “merging families”. It can be slightly hard to make the right arrangements but if done well, will turn out to be a blast. I will be waiting for that post! 😀

I like your comment, Jennifer! Also balancing cultures of different sides of the family (if there are different ethnicities and cultures) can also turn out to be very interesting! For example, we have to balance Vietnamese, Chinese, traditional American, and French 😀

yeppers you’re totally right janelley! ;^)) sorry for the really late reply i’m kinda bad at life in generall

Butternut squash ravioli sounds AMAZING, and the words “apple cider mimosa” give me such a cozy feeling (can’t wait for the holidays!) Food and everything aside, the best part is getting to be with friends and family!
