Welcome to June everyone! The end of spring is in sight and we’re headed full speed into the summer months. There’s nothing like knowing that bikini season is around the corner to kick your health and fitness routine into gear. While eating healthy and staying active are a regular part of my lifestyle, summer always inspires me to look and feel like the best version of myself. That’s why I’ve deemed this month’s theme Get in Shape. This month on, my editors and I will be focusing on how to better take care of our bodies as well as sharing our favorite workouts and healthy recipes. There’s a lot to look forward to!

First up on the calendar we can’t forget about Father’s Day! We have a special gift guide in store, as well as a festive DIY Bloody Mary bar that will revolutionize your Sunday brunch. Since summer officially kicks off on the 20th, we’re focusing on getting bikini ready with our favorite workouts. That includes anywhere abs, a killer booty workout, and a stair workout that will have you sweating in no time. Since working out is only half of the equation, be sure to check back this month for healthy cooking tips like which oils you should be cooking with and how to dry your own fresh herbs. I’m already giving too much away, but you’ll want to stay tuned for summer fashion tips and much more! I hope you’re as excited as I am…
