Hey everyone! It’s Karena and Katrina here from Tone It Up, and today’s 7-minute workout is perfect for all our busy babes! We all have those days when completing a full workout seems nearly impossible. Whether you’re rushing to meet deadlines, going to school, spending time with family or all of the above, squeezing in an effective sweat session is actually totally do-able. The key is to get your heart rate up while targeting major muscle groups—including your core, arms, thighs and booty—in a short amount of time. This helps you stay on track with your fitness goals, not to mention improves productivity and reduces stress. It’s a win-win! Today, we’re sharing a great workout for all you busy babes: your 7-minute summer toning routine.
