Tone It Up: Making Waves Cardio Routine

Hey everyone! It’s Karena and Katrina here from Tone It Up. Get ready to unleash your inner sweat sesh goddess because this metabolism boosting HIIT routine will get you one step closer to that bikini-ready body!

We love HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training, and aim to incorporate it into our fitness routine a few times a week. This type of workout is one of the BEST ways to tone up, blast calories and burn fat in the shortest amount of time. That way, you can spend your leisure hours doing whatever makes your heart happy!

Whether you’re craving a new gym routine or want to mix up your usual run, this ultra-effective workout will leave you feeling energized and strong. We love that it’s the equivalent to running 4 miles (that’s right, FOUR miles!) but with added strengthening moves to boot. Go left to right so you alternate between cardio and toning, and make your way down the chart. Ready? Here we go…
