  1. Lead your life with your heart.
    Stand tall and you’ll immediately feel a boost of confidence. You may not be able to see it when you look in the mirror, but your heart is working hard for you day in a day out. It deserves to lead.
  2. Smile.
    It’s contagious. Be happy about the blessings in your life! You’ll make someone’s day. Plus, smiling is sexy.
  3. Act like you’re on a mission.
    You’ll feel fierce and confident right away.
  4. Step outside of your comfort zone, try something new and overcome a fear. Perhaps it’s signing up for a race, talking to someone new, or going to the front of yoga class! The more you do this, the more you’ll feel like you can take on the world!
