At the start of every New Year, we always jot down our resolutions for the months ahead. And each year at least one item on our list that has to do with sticking to our health and fitness routines. Now, we know as well as anyone that a healthy lifestyle starts by making smart choices when it comes to what you eat.

Many of us fall victim to the mid-day snack attack, which is where this next tip comes in: If you find yourself craving something salty and spicy but it’s not quite dinnertime, we’ve got you covered.
