You’ve probably noticed that I design quite a few sundresses each season for my Paper Crown and LC Lauren Conrad collections. They’re some of my favorite pieces to design, and also to wear. Especially this time of year, sundresses are a major staple in my wardrobe. When the weather is warm, there’s nothing else I’d rather throw on than a lightweight dress and a pair of sandals. Sundresses are effortless, comfortable, and feminine at the same time. Which is the reason I also wear sundresses a lot when I travel to warm weather destinations for The Little Market. They’re the easiest way to look chic and stay comfortable while I’m sifting through goods in the local marketplace. Whether you go for a flirty floral print, an elegant lace shift, or a lightweight linen dress, you can’t go wrong. So, to make things easy, I decided to round up 10 sundresses I have my eye on this season. You’ll spot a couple picks from my own collections, and a few others I adore…

1. LC Lauren Conrad Challis Maxi Dress, $47.60
A maxi dress is a must in any spring wardrobe. I love the ‘lobster bisque’ color and flirty ruffles on this LC Lauren Conrad piece. It’s also available in black and a fun floral print if you prefer.
2. Staring at the Stars Crochet-Detail Peasant Dress, $79
This peasant dress could not be more perfect for music festival season. I love the vintage, boho vibe and flowing silhouette.
3. Paper Crown Peach Blossom Maxi Dress, $248
This is one of my very favorite pieces from my Spring/Summer Paper Crown collection. It’s so effortless to slip on yet dressy enough for an outdoor wedding.
4. Topshop Moto Stripe Off Shoulder Denim Dress, $80
This striped frock is adorable for a casual day with friends. It would look cute with sandals or a pair of white Chuck Taylors.
5. Madewell Nomad Paisley Dress, $168
I can totally see myself wearing this frock on my next trip for The Little Market. Too cute.
6. Paper Crown Watercolor Mirage Dress, $270
You might have spotted this Paper Crown dress in the recent Anthropologie catalog. The dreamy colors and pretty pleats are perfect for spring.
7. BDG Bow-Back Stripe Sweetheart Dress, $69
How cute are the bow and criss-cross back on this retro-style sundress? As I always say, when in doubt, put a bow on it.
8. LC Lauren Conrad Floral Lace Fit & Flare Dress, $48
Here is another one of my favorite pieces from my spring LC Lauren Conrad line. I only design pieces that I would wear myself, and I’ll be wearing this one all spring and summer long.
9. Free People Garden Bloom Ruffle Hem Mini Dress, $168
This lightweight dress will keep you cool as the days get hot. The smocked waist is slimming and the detailed embroidery is the perfect finishing touch.
10. Plenty by Tracy Reese Ivoire Dress, $188
I adore everything about this feminine frock from the feminine silhouette to the scalloped hem to the keyhole back.
There you have it! I hope that makes dress shopping easy this season. Remember that it’s OK to splurge a bit more on a dress because they’re a whole outfit in one piece. At least that’s my philosophy…
