Hey everyone, it’s Katrina and Karena here from Tone It Up! Today’s kettle bell routine will give you an amazing workout while toning every muscle group. We had that hurt-oh-so-good feeling for days after! You’re going to glow from the post exercise boost in your metabolism. If you’re new to using kettle bells, start with 10-15 lb. and work your way up from there. If you don’t have a kettle bell, use a 10-15 lb. dumbbell. Go through this routine one time through, or if you’re feeling energized, do it twice!
