Hey everyone, it’s Katrina and Karena here from Tone It Up! Today’s kettle bell routine will give you an amazing workout while toning every muscle group. We had that hurt-oh-so-good feeling for days after! You’re going to glow from the post exercise boost in your metabolism. If you’re new to using kettle bells, start with 10-15 lb. and work your way up from there. If you don’t have a kettle bell, use a 10-15 lb. dumbbell. Go through this routine one time through, or if you’re feeling energized, do it twice!

Get ready to lift your booty, strengthen your entire core and sculpt your shoulders, arms and back with this kettle bells routine…
