Today we are going to show you a killer workout that will blast fat, boost your metabolism and get you in bikini-ready shape this summer. These moves are part of what we call our Sunseeker Workout that was inspired by the Contiki Sunseeker vacation in sunny Australia. We suggest doing this workout outdoors on the beach, in a park, or even in your own backyard. Summer is here so soak up the sun and get in shape! Here we go…
