Hi everyone, it’s Julia. You can’t get any better than this: a chocolate fix and a health boost. (Yes, please!) This Vegan Chocolate Pudding gives you your healthy fats from avocado, antioxidants from cocoa, and cures that sweet tooth without any nasty side effects or crashes. The best part? It’s so delicious and decadent. Just try it and I can bet you won’t even realize that it’s super healthy!

Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Serves 2

healthy vegan chocolate pudding


ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk


Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth!
