How is everyone doing on the Summer Boot Camp Plan? Whether you’ve been holding true to your new healthy routine or not, I wanted to share one of my favorite ab exercises with you today. I learned about this move from my trainer, Jarett del Bene. It’s called the bicycle crunch and it’s very simple and very effective.
Here’s how Jarett explains the move:
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your feet extended off the ground. In one continuous motion bring your right elbow to your left knee and then your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat till failure.

I challenge all of you to do 50 of these crunches today! Do two sets of 25 and get ready to feel the burn.
