    Yes I’m definately doing those! I’m going to drink green tea and try that 100 workout! I am so sore this morning from doing the circuit exercise in your Boot Camp plan Lauren. But I LOVE that feeling because I know I’m starting my toning and losing weight. I can’t thank you enough! Have a wonderful weekend!

    Thanks for the motivation Lauren! I’ve been wanting to start your Bikini Boot Camp, but I just got my two wisdom teeth out and I’m recovering! I’m hoping to start working out again on Monday and I will definitely use your tips! That quickie workout seems like it will be super effective and that smoothie looks delicious! I will also need to invest in some green tea rather than coffee for the mornings. I’m hoping by the end of the summer I’m at my goal weight! Thanks again Lauren :)

    They even have bottle green tea by Lipton which can be perfect for on the go; another tip if you freeze it it becomes the perfect green tea slushy.

    I definitely enjoy this weeks of Friday favorites, and in high hope of trying the refreshing energy smoothie along with the exercise pyramid.
