OMG. Thank you for describing the burpee. I never knew what those were, but with your description I now know that all my life I've actually known what they were and called them squat-thrusts. Because that's what my PE teacher called them.
Now I can do all the workout routines I've seen on interest :)

I was the exact same way! I was like "what the heck are these things called" I had to google it! hahaha
