That's how I feel too. It's hard. But what my friend and I did was, we first started eating right for a week (measuring our calories) and worked out one day a week. We kept it simple, and gradually increased what we did because going cold turkey didn't work for us.
I would start it the same way.
Just think about what is good for your body and what isn´t.
Work out one time in the week, then two and in the end three time.
If you have more time, you can work out everyday as well, but three times a week a very good,
because your body also needs some breaks to relax.
As well you have to look what you are eating.
So take care that you eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
The best way to lose pounds is to eat a lot of proteins and just a little bit of carbonhydrates.
And: Keep a food diary to see what you are really eating :)
4 Easy GOALS (not rules!)
1. Drink a gallon of water a day. (any of my 13 spa waters count) http://tonetiki.com/category/zero-calorie-drinks/
2. Remove all processed foods and fake sugars from your diet.
3. Move your body more
4. Count your calories. Take your goal weight and add a zero to the end, that is how many calories you should have each day.
