I think snacking is the hardest part of getting healthy. you need to find a healthy snack that you enjoy as much as bakery sweets. Try blackberries and strawberries, or sliced peppers with guacamole. once you find something you like, make sure you always have it on hand so that you don't resort to something else.
It might also help to clean out your pantry. If you have too much to toss, try to give all your sweets away. I sometimes take excess junk food to my mom's house, bc she'll eat it, but normally doesn't buy that stuff for herself.
