Hi i am a natural brunette that would like to get my hair blonde with dark roots, only i'm afraid of it looking to drastically brittle. Do any of you ladies have any ideas for hair products that could keep bleached hair soft and shiny?

I think John Frida does a good range. I know that Lee Stafford does a range for bleach blonde hair to keep it looking shimmery, healthly and to help it not look brassy or green! Good Luck xx

Depending on how dark your natural brunette color is, I would definitely recommend John Frieda Beach Blonde to keep your hair light. My hair is brown, naturally but highlights in the summer...I just can't seem to let the highlights go so I've been using the heat activated spray from him and I LOVE it.
