I used to be a ballerina but stop during in high school due to swimming competitively. Now that I have time I found a few dance studios that offer dance classes for adults. A studio by Wayne State University called "Detroit Dance Studio" offers different style of dances. I'm currently taking a weekly ballet class. I like the fact that I can pick if I want to attend just one class or get a one month pass since the classes are once a week. Also there isn't a recital that's required to do.

Any of you ladies are taking some adult dance classes? How do you like them?
