Hey girl! I wanted to leave you some words of encouragement and also some insight from someone who lost 30 pounds this past season! First, you are so bold for making the decision to lose weight and speak to other people about your goal! That truly shows your desire to stay motivated. I have heard Weight Watchers has helped many people, but for me, it was completely revamping my diet! I didn't "go on a diet" I just switched the unhealthy out with the healthy! Instead of dinner being a fried Chickfila sandwich, chicken fingers or pizza, I would eat grilled chicken and veggies or a grilled chicken salad! Find what you love! I am obsessed with snacking on nuts, bananas and peanut butter, a few wheat crackers and hummus or salsa...you find what you like and it becomes simple! You still eat, but with the healthier, cleaner choices, and also having them more often throughout the day (I eat smaller meals, but more often - speed up that metabolism!) you avoid the heaviness that weighs on your stomach and leaves you with regret. I also wanted to make sure you know that you are beautiful no matter how much you weigh. Weight is such a temporary thing... that is why I believe so many girls encounter trouble when they deprive themselves and try to develop a habit that is not able to become routine/a lifestyle at all! Your main focus should be your health! That is why you should cut out the bad foods, not so you can compare yourself to others! Comparing is toxic girlfriend! :) If everyone looked the same, the world would be pretty bland - kinda colorless I imagine. You just focus on being healthy, and getting in the exercise to keep a healthy heart. You will be surprised how easy it is to lose it. :)
