I love to be outdoors so try doing that or do an activity that you won't really notice you are working out. I know I can't stand running! So I bike, jump rope, take dance classes, take my dog for a walk in a park, etc. I also do something along side my exercise so, for example, I just cut off so much of my hair so I could grow it long and healthy because it was dead so I promised myself that by the time my hair was at my ideal length I would be at my ideal weight too.

Good luck with your goals! I've noticed that I loose the most weight when I stop snacking as much and eat healtiher foods. Then, I start to mix in exercise slowly until I can run for long periods of time

*Stop with alcohol if you havent already- lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks doing nothing else beside laying off the wine on the weekends and not drinking beer at the weekly monday night football bar.

*cut back carbs (not totally) but limit them to one meal a day (if you have a bagle for breakfast than thats it!)

*find empty calories (spaghetti squash is only 35 cals a cut and its SO filling when you treat it like regular spaghetti was a life saver) VEG OUT

*DRINK WATER!!!! all day everyday (Mio flavors are good and so is crystal light)

*the gym is important because you gotta move your body to burn calories- but 90% of weight loss is what you do outside the gym

last year from October to June i lost almost 30lbs 147-122 and its stayed off for the most part... small changes and small goals is what got me there... not big losses in less time- GO GIRL you can do it!

Came accross an interesting idea on facebook for weight loss motivation the other day http://www.facebook.com/pages/Weight-loss-Motivation/165451730224748

They send you sms messages daily to keep you motivated. You have to pay but I don't think its too much, a few dollars I think

just be active to take exercise and pay attention to diet. there isn't a way that can be better to lose weight than take exercise and keep on diet.

Thank you all! I've decided to more-so get my eating and exercising healthy, and then eventually cut calories a little! For right now, I cut out fried food and sweets and am eating around a healthy 1300 calories daily. I would love to go to to college for something in nutrition so I do a lot of reading on stuff like this. I am still thanking everyone for the motivation! :) Have a great day, thanks for the tips!

I have a pinterest board called 'Goal' and I pin gorgeous legs, bodies, recipes and fitness tips. When I want to snack or when I loose my motivation I look at my board. It helps me staying motivated and focused :)

Hey guys!

So I just started college and am really looking into to making sure I do NOT gain the freshmen 15 and get slimmer! However, I can't find a good eating plan that can be paired with my workout regime (running 5x a week and ab workouts each day) and I'm just not seeing any results so far mainly because I don't exactly what to eat...

Help!

Hey everyone... I'm in the same boat... I get really motivated in my head real late at night, and then the morning comes and it all slips away. It's hard to stay on a good healthy eating track too because my husband has the "lucky gene." He and his whole family is naturally tall and skinny. My family on the other hand is a little thicker..and shorter ;) My husband can eat for like 3 people and be just great, I eat for me and woah..it's bad..haha..I need advice! Any suggestions?? Thanks everyone :)
