Hi Lauren Conrad lovers! I am in need of some motivation and inspiration! Several months ago I went on the Weight Watchers plan and amazingly lost 15lbs. in two weeks! Not surprisingly, I gained it all back and then some! I now would like to loose it again and keep it off! I'm really struggling with staying on track! Any help?

you can run or do some sports, it's the best if you have company, so ask some friends to join you :D eat less and 5 times a day. it will help. try to avoid fats and don't eat desserts! for motivation you can have Lauren, because she is so skinny. every time you are goint to give up, say: "I'm going to be like Lauren, so skinny and beautiful!"
have fun! :)

I feel ya! I gained the freshman 15 (more like 20) when I started college... I'm a senior and I have yet to lose it! Lately I've been doing nothing but worrying about my body image/weight but what really made me want to start losing weight was when I started telling myself that I'm losing weight for myself NOT for anyone else. If you're constantly worried about what others think, then you'll never be fully inspired to lose the weight. Once I started losing weight for ME, I started eating right (skipping dessert) and it's made me a happier person :) Stay strong! You can do it :)

Ask a significant other or a friend to be your partner in going on a health kick.. eating healthy and being active! I find going to the gym with a friend gives me more motivation. I read online that it is important to eat right after your workut while your muscles need to recover and your body is still in workout mode so you will burn the calories easier if you eat within 30-40minutes of your workout, whatever you choose to do.

Also, promise yourself not to eat after a certain time each evening... I try not to eat anything past 7:30/8pm. Hope this helps!

For weight loss, you can try slimweight patch uk with the help of which you can easily lose weight without making much effort. It is so easy to use just you have to patch it on your body and leave it. This will greatly help you in weight loss.

You should definitely try and get someone to start excercising with you together. My sister really helps me when I'm feeling demotivated. I think it's okay to eat in the evening but I'ld try something lighter. I also noticed I tend to lose abit more when I exercise in the mornings.

Good luck! :)

Thanks for the luck! I need it! I am still in my high school years and am wanting to go to college for dietetics and nutrition...I have a few extra pounds on me and I have to change my eating ways now! I really do well at school and then bomb it when I get home(around snack time) I think in my mind 'Oh my gosh! I want CHOCOLATE!' then I eat like an entire container of something chocolate. I eat until I want to puke! Any tips on how to stop?

Hey Kenjay! It's all about a lifestyle! Try and keep the bad stuff out of the house if you can't stop eating it. AND, maybe try and go for a run or walk after school then sit around and snack. Whatever you can do to get your mind off of it! I know its hard, but you can do it. xoxo
