Has anyone heard about the highpoint raceway in Mount Morris, PA...? Well anyways it's a professional dirt bike raceway and they hold an annual race that everyone comes and camps for three days and just parties! :) Well I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I could pack food wise for the three day camping spree that would be easy. Note: I'm a pescatarian, so I only eat seafood. Anyone have any ideas?
I would probably bring: - Breads (Sandwich, pita, tortillas) - Nut butter - Hummus - Fresh fruit - Veggies like carrots, broccoli, and celery that can be eaten raw. - Lettuce or baby spinach - Salad dressing - Nuts and seeds - Tuna - Granola/granola bars - Yogurt (if you eat dairy) - Berries - Canned beans (Chickpeas are my absolute favorite!) - If you have stove access, you can bring canned soups as well.
You can make sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps, snacks, etc. Obviously bring a cooler and tons of tupperware :).
