with arugula you can put it on your salad with carrots and water cress and you can also use mint some people put mint in salads. In fact every ingredient there can be use on a salad...maybe leave the strawberries and apricot for dessert...but its true i've seen grape fruit on salads.

Hey Lauren,
I too am a lover of asparagus (even though it makes your pee smell..) but a go to recipe I use all the time is below:
Asparagus with Garlic Chips
1 bunch asparagus, ends cut off and washed
2-3 cloves garlic (more depending on your liking)
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
- cut garlic into very thin "chips"
- boil the asparagus for 3 minutes, then drain and return to pan
- add olive oil and salt and pepper and saute for 3 minutes, constantly turning
- add garlic chips and saute for another minute or two - this way the garlic doesn't burn and is cooked to perfection :)
Enjoy!
Love the new site, and the effort you put into each post to make it personalized! I hope all is going well and wish you the very best in all of your new and exciting business projects!
