Tuesday Ten: Spring Style Essentials
I’ve got a bad case of spring fever…all I can think about are the lovely fashions that will be making a splash this spring season. Whether it’s flashes of chartreuse or hints of gold, familiar florals or bold stripes, there is no shortage of inspiring styles for spring. That’s why I’ve put together my top 10 closet cravings for spring.
Florals. I love this floral print blazer. Throw it atop your favorite white tee and you’ve got yourself an instant outfit. Dress it up or dress it down.
Strappy. These nude sandals will go with almost anything in your wardrobe. Plus, they are extra comfortable.
Crystals. Nothing adds a touch of glam like some sparkly baubles. Whether it’s a crystal cluster earring or a bejeweled collar, adding some sparkle is a must for spring.
Lace. This eternally chic material is a favorite of mine. Nothing is quite as feminine as a delicate lace piece.
Stripes. This classic print has always been a staple in my wardrobe.
Chartreuse. Whether it’s a bag, a pair of flats, or a silky tee—pops are chartreuse easily update outfits in an instant.
White. Head-to-toe whitewashed looks were a big trend on the Spring 2013 runways making a great white coat a must for spring.

I love the platforms too! I read that one of the top trends for spring is actually low heels though (thank goodness)--have you ever seen any like these nude ones here that aren't so high?! I feel like everyone still promotes stilettos.

There were some similar to the platforms at a TJ Max near me and I believe they were Nine West too, they just weren't in my size.
