A couple of months ago I was doing a photo shoot for my new Kohl's collection and learned how to knit in between shots. To be honest, I never thought of myself as the "knitting type." But boy was I wrong— I am obsessed. Really. I can't stop. Lauren Conrad: The Knitting Machine. I've already finished multiple scarves and am contemplating what I'll knit next...
Do you knit? Any suggestions on what my next project should be?
Also, what's your favorite hobby?
XO Lauren

I used YouTube to teach myself to crochet. Everyone got scarves for Christmas this year. Now I want to learn to add more colors, and even try making a blanket or a beanie this year. It's great for when I'm bored or when I just want the T.V. off and listen to the quiet on my days off. I love it! -
Lauren! You must join a website called Ravelry! It's the facebook for knitters. Check it out and friend me at username ryanpagehaas. -
My grandma has a lot of yarn that she uses to knit with. She makes baby sweaters and hats and I think she makes other things to but I'm not sure. Your next project should be making baby sweaters.

I learned knitting last year and did a shawl, and then started on socks. Knitting Socks is actually really easy, and after a few hunchback-looking bears, I think I am getting the hang of it. You should try it, since you learn some more basic techniques.

I love knitting too! I started out making several scarves, it's so easy! Now I'm attempting to make a baby blanket. If you think about it, it's pretty much like making a very wide and long scarf!

My first ever knit project I did on tuesday, a pillow pouf..now I am working on a cowl...there is an awesome girl on youtube that knits the cutest things...heres her youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/iKNITS I just found her channel the other day and its what inspired me to knit......hope she doesn't mind that I just shared her channel on here lol.....I have been crocheting for a few years now (my mom taught me) and mom always wanted to learn how to knit, but never got a chance, so after I get better I hope to pass my new skills on to her, like she did for me :)

I love to knit but lately I'm really into crocheting, have you ever tried it? I live in NYC and spend lots of time travelling on the subway; crocheting is my favorite productive way to pass the time :)

I love knitting as well, I've been doing it for about 2 years now, and I just have to knit everything. My room looks like a yarn bomb went off, you should give cool yarn-storage suggestions! My current weird and awesome projects are high waisted cabled shorts, and a cabled cropped bustier/corset. An oversized bow-earwarmer is an easy project and also fun to wear.

I love to knit. I enjoy making things that will put a smile on someone's face. I just recently knitted placemats and swiffer covers for a wedding present for my brother -

I have always wanted to learn to knit but have known how to crochet since I was a kid. I recently got back into it and love making gifts for friends. I also have problems finishing big projects. I have been working on a sweater for myself since last winter and hope that I can finall get it done by this winter! :) Small projects are the best for me like mittens, scarves and hats!

Try some fingerless mitts or a neckwarmer...maybe a cable. Something like the patterns in my Etsy shop: http://homemadeoriginals.etsy.com
but there are oodles of free patterns on Ravelry too. If you haven't learned about www.ravelry.com
you should definitely check it out.

Knitting is soo addicting but I can never sit still enough to finish a project! Perhaps try a coin purse (they're really easy trust me!) or even a bag? Could be fun as a loose summer beach 'bag' or a winter cuddley satchel. :)

Knit a long bra! these are totally in style right now! (anyone who shops at brandy melville would know!) its like a knit bra thats extra long, like a cropped tank top almost. Made out of yarn! its radical! you wear it with something high waisted. Its the best look for knits yet!!<3

I love to crochet but do not know how to read patterns at all so that I have made so far is blanket and scarfs.

Have you tried a knitted neck scarf? Mittens or gloves? I like neck scarves, so I think it would be a good look on you. I posted a picture of an example on my profile if you want to check it out.
