
How is everyone doing on the Bikini Boot Camp Plan? Whether you've been holding true to your new healthy routine or not, I wanted to share one of my favorite ab exercises with you today. I learned about this move from my trainer, Jarett del Bene. It's called the bicycle crunch and it's very simple and very effective.
Here's how Jarett explains the move:
Lie on your back with your hands behind your head and your feet extended off the ground. In one continuous motion bring your right elbow to your left knee and then your left elbow to your right knee. Repeat till failure.

I challenge all of you to do 50 of these crunches today! Do two sets of 25 and get ready to feel the burn.

I used to do this type of abs when I was a cheerleader, omg! THEY HURT AS HELL! But they are amazing for a flat belly ;D!

My favorite kind of exercise is Zumba & Hip Hop classes! I hate, hate HATE, calisthenics & weights!

I do abs on a pilates ball. It's difficult but it works!

Oh love this. I've been thinking about toning up my stomach & I'm not the kind of person who keeps fit so I hope this will give me a trim tummy! :-)

A great way to get fit is to go on a trail run or hike! And you have fun while doing it.

Love bicycle crunches!! They hurt so good! I've been true to my 'bikini boot camp' regimen - only taking one day off a week!!! Keep at it girls - we can do this!! -

Overall, ab exercise is my MOST HATED type of exercise. But I'll do "jackknives" once in a while. Ugh.. really really hate it... LOL

i'm following your diet plan for a week now and i really see the results! at the beginning i couldn't do 15 crunches and after a week of doing it every day i do it without a struggle. i hope i can do 50 one day! but i'm keep on doing this

It's kinda equal of one of my exercices on Pilates. Love it, and we really can feel it burn!
