Photo Diary: More Safari Fun
I hope everyone had a great week! I only have a few more days here in Africa so I thought I'd post another photo update before heading home... Here are a few new photographs from my recent travels:

The pilot told us that there were blue bags in our seat pockets if we needed something to keep our breakfast down. At first I didn't understand... but then... Eww. I got it.
On the flight, I sat next to this guy. He wasn't much for conversation.
Finally, on land again! Or should I say water? Here I am kicking back on a water safari:

Just checked into my hotel and they handed this to me for "emergencies." I think this is supposed to make me feel safe. It doesn't.

Later we drove by this climbing lion in Ishasha... 
It's hard to believe my trip is coming to an end. I've had the best time exploring and learning... but I have to admit, I cannot wait to get home and see my little girl.

an unmade bed. I always hope on my flight back that I remembered to make my bed before I left so that I can jump into a nice clean bed when I get home again. Weird, huh?

Opps! I posted on another blog what I meant to post on here. Africa is such a beautiful place. I went to Uganda 2 years ago for 2 months and didn't want to come home! Hope you had a great expierence like I did. :)

These photos are amazing! All of your photos have been interesting but I definitely think these may be my favorites! Between the little frog and the animals out in the wild I'm not sure what I love more! ... As for what I look forward to the most when I get home? My own shower, bed and my two kittens! :)

I love your travel photos, Lauren! Had to laugh at the bathroom sign. Here in Asia I've seen some gems as well. LOL
When traveling, I'll start to get anxious to get back to my normal routine towards the end.

I love to travel, but I miss my little pom when I'm away. So, its definately him I'm happiest to see when I first come back home.

My #1 thing I'm the most anxious to get home to.... is also my doggie sweetheart. Such a great feeling to come home and your doggie is so happy to see you (and I'm so happy to see her!!), a warm welcome home! (and after hugging for an hour, my own CLEAN shower!)

I'm a backpacker for life and just love going to all kinds of different countries in the world. That way you meet loads of other travel-crazy people who inspire you. So the first thing I do when coming home from a trip is usually hopping online checking out new destinations or browsing Lonely Planets in book stores :) Obviously, a good nights sleep in fresh sheets in my own bed is also something to seriously looking forward to. xoxo

I usually cannot wait to get home to the comfort of my bed....with my clean fresh sheets. It is the definition of a perfect moment, when you climb into bed for the first time after your trip away and can smell the sweet smelling waft of your washingpowder! X
