I love the magical feel of the holidays. To keep it alive just a little longer, I decided to wrap my headboard with strands of Christmas tree lights. I think it's charming and the light they produce creates a lovely ambience. I will probably leave these up for a few more weeks until the novelty wears off; but until then, I'll be dreaming beneath my avenue of twinkling stars.
What do you think about my starry light strands?

I've done this with my bedroom!
All I used was Christmas lights that you use outside, and no, it's not dangerous.

They're gorgeous! It sets a really nice and calm atmosphere in the room, but do you leave them on when you go to sleep?

Very pretty. It reminds me of Elle's (allthatglitters21 on youtube) room, your styles are actually really similar; a little bit of vintage and very girly :)

This is great! I have twinkle lights all over my apartment. I even have a light up cherry blossom tree! Just a little obsessed, haha. :)

Very romantic ;) I think the boyfriend would like this for a change... the candles are nice to but it takes him a couple mins to light them all up

I love it! Such a fun way to add some relaxing ambiance! In college, instead of having a headboard, I decorated the wall behind my bed with lights. Your headboard reminds me of mine! =)

I've been doing this to my head board for years! It definitely adds a femine touch and is extra nifty when the light bulb goes out :)
