Philadelphia Indulgence sounds SO yummy! My new favorite recipe would have to be these peaches & pecan crepes. Crepes are definetley a go-to treat for me during the summer months because they are quick, easy and fairly healthy. How could you get better than that?

This looks so good! My favorite recipe is baked Lemon-Cheddar-and-Asparagus stuffed chicken. It's also good if you swap the lemon pepper, cheddar, and asparagus for pepper, cream cheese, and spinach!
Baked Lemon Cheddar-and-Asparagus Stuffed Chicken
serves 8
Ingredients:
8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts4-6 cups of shredded (medium or sharp) cheddar cheese
1 bunch of asparagus (you want at least 2 per chicken breast)Lemon PepperLemon juicePam spray or Crisco (butter also works well)
Kitchen Tools:
cutting boardgood knifemallet (optional)13*9 glass baking dishoventoothpicks or cooking string
Directions:
Place a chicken breast in the center of a plastic bag or between two large sheets of wax paper. Pound the chicken from the center of the breast outwards using a mallet. Repeat for each chicken breast. (To save time, you can also cut the chicken breast in half as if it were a roll for a sandwich. This is easier to do if the chicken is partially frozen)
Wash the asparagus and trim off the bottoms. Discard the scraps, and set aside.Preheat the oven to 350*F and grease the baking dish.
Sprinkle the chicken breast with lemon pepper. Place two stalks of asparagus in the center of the chicken breast. Sprinkle a liberal amount of cheese. Wrap the edges of the chicken around the asparagus and cheese filling. Wrap the string around the now-stuffed chicken, or use toothpicks to pin the edges together. Place in the baking dish. Repeat for each chicken breast.Once all of the chicken breasts are stuffed and placed in the baking dish, you can sprinkle lemon juice over the entire dish.OPTIONAL: Sprinkle more cheese on top of the entire dish (Not recommended if you used string to hold the chicken breasts closed).
Put the baking dish in the middle rack of the oven for 35-40 minutes (Cooking time does vary based on how closely packed the chicken is).OPTIONAL: Take out of the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before serving. -
