I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving :-) Even though most of you may be rushing out to hit the Black Friday sales, I thought I’d put together this list of my favorite things… A few of them might even inspire your shopping spree today! Enjoy…

I made a beautiful healthy delicious sandwich using my leftover turkey! I took whole wheat italian bread and put in it low fat mayonnaise, leftover turkey, a pinch of olive oil, tomatoes, lettuce, and grinded pepper! Turkey and coffee was defintely my favorites this week!

It took me 6 good hours to understand knitting hwoever i'm proud that i can do it know. I became addictive. Whenever i see people with scarves and hats i feel like i have to knit :-)

I cannot get over how cute Fitz is!! What a sweetie:) That apple pie looks so good!! My favorite this week was the apple brownies I made that LC.Com suggested.
