#11... Measure Measure Measure... Know the size of the space you are looking to fill in your home and bring your measuring tape with you! -
Other than the amazing vintage style clothes i find when o thrift shop, i also find pieces to use for the home. Me and my mom found a great armouire ( dont know how to spell that lol) but we spraypainted the ugly brown color white then took a cute stencil and on each corner painted on the stencil in black. It came out beautiful! -

I've just moved into my first home away from my parents and my friend is moving in shortly so these tips are perfect for decorating my new place. Especially with the tips about transport and prices. Oh and I am loving your outfit in the first tip so casual yet so chic! :) Xx -
Obviously the tips were meant for outdoor flea markets. I don't know how it's in there but in here we have indoor flea markets and you can't bargain because people just buy a table and leave their stuff there for people to buy. Also some places you don't need cash to buy things. -

I don't go to a lot of flea markets--I'm more of a thrift store junkie. I agree, you've gotta know what you're looking for. 9 times out of 10 I find whatever I'm looking for within like, a week. It takes patience and you have to be willing to dig!

Great tips! I have not been to too many flea markets, I go more to antique shops, but I would love to get to a flea market at least once this coming summer. -
Love thrift store shopping. You really do have to go with an idea of what you want to buy because otherwise you'll end up buying everything!
