Chic of the Week: Stacy's Nifty Nails
Who doesn't love a sweet manicure? We would be hard pressed to find anyone that doesn't. When we discovered LaurenConrad.com member Stacy Nguyen's amazing manis, we couldn't resist spotlighting her as the new Chic of the Week! Congrats Stacy!
Not only are Stacy's nail designs insanely perfect (she might just be the Michelangelo of nail art in our book), but they are really creative too! Stacy says, "These are all of my nail art designers that I hand painted with love." Um wow. We are impressed!
