Chic of the Week: Jessica’s Subtle Sparkle
Happy almost weekend, everyone! After years of aggregating fool-proof fashion tips, I’ve come to learn one thing: The best way to express your personal style is by adding unexpected, unique touches to your outfits each day. Whether that means brightening up your look with a bit of sparkle or personalizing your ensemble with a special heirloom—it’s up to you! For a little inspiration, just take a hint from this week’s Chic, who seems to be a pro at self-expression style.

After stumbling across this adorable photo on our Jessica’s LaurenConrad.com profile, I decided I just had to get to the bottom of her outfit. Eventually, I found Jessica’s blog, My Style Vita, and perused several pages until I came across her Outfit Du Jour post featuring this very photo. Jessica paired her burgundy jeans, and stiletto heels with a sequin-embellished cream sweater. Then she topped off her entire look with a trendy fedora, a great way to emulate her personal style. According to Jessica, hats represent her alter ego…her “very stylish edgy alter ego,” that is.
