Beauty Confession: The Worst Beauty Trends I've Fallen Victim To

I'm so excited to see the new beauty book! I hope it has some tips on your amazing eyeliner application. (Video tutorial please) I cannot create mine as well as you do. I'm curious too-have you ever tried the eyeliner adhesives from sephora?? -
God, I love it!, I think that the worst beauty trend is definitely the glitter everywhere. The video is so much fun LOL!

I did the fire engine red hair too! And plum purple... maybe lagoon blue... Congratulations on your book release tomorrow, picking up both first thing :)

Haha oh my gosh Lauren! Every single thing you mentioned, I did too! We are only two years apart so it totally makes sense!! I still own my crimper, which is pretty sad, but it comes in handy when there is an 80's themed party happening! I also remember those butterfly clips, the whole crown of my head would be lined with those from ear to ear. Oh my... And scrunchies.... I still have a couple because they are good for putting my hair up in a bun ontop of my head and then sleeping with it. But that was a great interview.. thanks for sharing!!!

Oh gosh..the horrible beauty trends ive undergone haha! I was every style possible in my teens; gothic, rocker, 'guetto', thank god I came to my senses haha!

I've fallen victin to all of those beauty trends, too! It's so funny how somethings become stylish and then we look back on them and wonder why in the world we would wear that! Some things are always in style. Like jeans. I think jeans will always have a place in casual fashion.

Roll on glitter before soccer...yes! this was done and repeated far too many times in my childhood years.

I have to say I really enjoyed watching that video! I too use to do the whole roll on body glitter thing and the butterfly clips.
Plus, when I was really young I smeared lipstick and make-up all over my face.
The worse was the green hair mascara. It was hair mascara. I use to put it on! Haha, oh and the pigtails!

This interview made me laugh out loud!! haha I think we're all guilty... because I said yes to every trend you just mentioned. Also, the claires white shimmer on the whole eye and a blue suade coat with a fur collar with a matching fur purse. My friend named it Pugsley. I asked my mom why she let me leave the house!

These are so funny! One I had completely forgotten about was the butterfly clips. How horrible!

I had roll-on glitter. Me and my friends would always put it on whenever we went to disco. It was fun then but wouldn't do it anymore. Good to know we weren't the only ones :)

i remember all of these. i guess now i dont fell so bad about my fashion donts. hahahahaha thank you lauren for making me fell somewhat better. haha
and i hate to say it. i fell victim also. haha But the good this is i learned from it and i will never do it again>hahahahaha

srunchies and buterflies clip as well but my worst one would be the overalls!!!
