Giveaway: Win a Health Diary Bracelet

Giveaway: Win a Health Diary Bracelet

UPDATE: We have our winners! Congrats to Jackeline Barrios, Yesenia Ramos, Hillary Ann, Kelsey Wright, and Amanda Pierce!

I recently learned about this really cool jewelry company called Count Me Healthy that makes “the first beautiful health journal for your wrist.” The bracelets are gorgeous and I love the idea behind them. Basically, you start with all the beads on one side of the bracelet and on as you achieve a health goal, you move a bead over. Health goals can be anything from drinking 8 glasses of water a day to hitting the gym 5 days a week or even how many servings of fruits and veggies you’ve had… Or you can count how many times you’ve followed my Bikini Boot Camp plan throughout the week! I love the concept (and the bracelet) and am definitely planning on counting my water consumption since I often get so busy during the day that I forget to properly hydrate myself.

Lucky for you, the ladies over at Count Me Healthy have offered to giveaway their stunning bracelets to a few select LaurenConrad.com members!

  • Sarah Baca

I’m notorious for losing count, so I’d use it to count reps at the gym. Or when I take a bike ride I would count how many times I stop. It would make me realize how many times I take breaks and keep me motivated to keep the number low.

  • Andrea Kelly

I would use it to count my fruit and veggies intake :)

BUT before I can walk the beach in confidence, I want to get toned and make sure that I can walk in a bikini and still feel good! The Count Me Healthy braclet will remind me that I have a goal that I will feel proud of achieving once the well deserved vaca comes along and it will also push my family to get the body they feel most comfortable and confident in! After all, you only have one body to live with.. give it what it deserves and get motivated!

  • Cristal Negron

I would use the bracelet to keep track of my water intake since that is my main goal right now!

  • Holly Benton

I would love to have this bracelet to count how much water I drink. I used to be in a good habit of drinking water, and have gotten out of the habit. I would like the accountability so I would actually do it, and so I can become healthier all the way around!

  • Kayla Bradford

There are sooo many things I would want to use this for that I would end up needing to buy more! I would use it for counting pounds lost or days without soda or days in a row of exercising. I definitely think this would be a constant reminder to be healthy!

  • Morgan Fayth

i would use it to help me build up my strength! right now, i can barely do a push up. so first i could use it to keep track of how many push ups a day, then how many a week, and hopefully one day how many sets in a workout!!

  • Daniela Hernandez

Well I’m in the process of losing my last 10 pounds. I’ve lost 20 already and it would feel absolutely amazing to be able to count down with this beautiful bracelet! Thank you so much Lauren, you’re such an insipration to me!

  • Christy Kushman

I would definitely count water! That’s one of my biggest challenges with my weight loss challenge.

  • Hannah Kays

Hi, my name is Hannah. First off, I am a huge fan and love what you do. You are a great role-model and I really look up to you! :) I looked at the bracelets and absolutely love the idea and it would be a great motivator. I follow you on pinterest and came across your challenge. I would count the beads after I have reached my health goal. My first goal would be drinking more water. I have been lacking this for awhile. To make it fun I am going to decorate a large bottle and mark each of the 8 ounces along with what time I need to drink the water by. A few other health challenges I have is to quit smoking. It is very unhealthy for me and a major turn off. I would like to get back into my routine of going to the gym, riding my bike, or going on a jog. Instead of just sitting on my bed and watching tv I could be doing other exercises to get in to shape. My ultimate goal is to lose 30 lbs! :)

  • Megan Sommer

I would count the number of compliments that I give to other people each day. Sometimes all people need is a pick-me-up.

  • HistoryBeauty

I would use it to show i had drank enough water, didn’t eat too many calories, and exercised.

  • Karie Obremski

The bracelets are gorgeous. I have to have major leg/knee surgery coming up and I’m so overwhelmed and frightened. I would love the bracelet, and I could count my confidence for each day I believe in myself. I need to believe in myself more and have better confidence in that this surgery will be a GREAT thing for myself.

I believe that will make me healthier in SO many ways. (:

    Thank you, Lauren.

    >333 Karie Ann

  • Larissa Wilhelm

I would use this bracelet in so many ways: Drinking more water throughout the day, because I also get busy and forget to take a sip; how much cardio I do during the week; getting in more servings of fruits & veggies; and so much more.

    http://fitnessmisc.blogspot.com/

  • Brooke Adler

I love the idea of these bracelets and the fact that they are so adorable! I would love to count glasses of water too because it is so hot in the summer and we all need to remember to keep well-hydrated!

    xoxo

  • Rebecca Bliss

This is a great giveaway, thanks Lauren!

  • Sonya Stephens

I am a-okay with my water consumption, so I would track how many times a week I do yoga and meditate at the end. I am trying to do both at least 5 days a week for my own balance, sanity, and health. Beautiful giveaway!!

  • Gina Genzale

I have a chronic disease where my stomach is parlyzed so I am actually trying to gain some weight. Every pound is a huge challenge and i always get excited when it happens. So i would be moving the beads to my goal weight!

It is such a good idea!

  • Elizabeth Whiddon

If i were to win a health diary bracelet, I would count the days i workout and, the healthier meal subsitutions. I struggle to eat healthy so if I were chosen to win this it would be the perfect motivation for me to be set on the right path to a healthier lifestyle!

  • laynae

    Water in a day!

  • Emma Kershaw

I’d use the bracelet to count the amount of days I exercise a week, I need a constant reminder to motivate me xx

    http://www.beautybyemma.blogspot.com

  • jena

I really like the idea of using the bracelet to count compliments or to count stepping up and doing things before they are asked.

  • Kiley Jacobs

I would use the the health diary bracelet to count the the days I ate well and got some exercise to help keep track of my habits!

  • Jackeline Online (Jackie)

  • Jenny Zajichek

I would definitely count my water consumption, too…that’s something that I always forget about and need more of (especially with the heat we’ve had in the Midwest this summer!)

I would definitely use the bracelet to keep track of how much water I have had throughout the day! And how many times I have had a home cooked meal throughout the week. What a great idea!

  • Rysa Matheny

I would definitely use the Health Diary Bracelet to count how many days a week I exercise, as well as my water consumtion through out the week.

  • Britt

I would definitely use the bracelet with my goal I am working at right now, which is to drop a few pounds! I would move a bead over on the bracelet for each pound I lose. A great visual and cute to wear with anything :) Thanks!

  • Kaoru Yamamoto

I would count the amount of times I exercise in a week!

  • Jaclyn Schler

This is such a great motivator! I would count the amount of times I substitute a piece of fruit instead of a sweet, like a cookie. Love it!

    http://www.sharingmysole.com/

  • Heather Kidd

I would definitely use this bracelet! What a great idea! I am trying to be a more healthy me, so I would use it to count my water consumption, and count how many days I exercise so that I am motivated!

  • Sarah Roesch

As of the past year, I have really tried to get into shape. Changing my diet to more veggies and fruits, drinking a lot of water, and excersizing. I am not only trying to lost weight, but gain muscle. Because muscle weighs more than fat, I would use the beads to keep track of inches around my waist and hips that I am losing. That is what is important. I am hoping to lose another 3 by the end of summer.

  • Bekah S

I would use the bracelet to help me keep track of drinking water while staying stylish!

  • Danielle Rees

Lauren, I would use this bracelet to better my daily heath routine (both physically, mentally, and spiritually) as a remembrance of what I SHOULD be doing to keep me on track. If by the end of the day, I can look at myself and be happy with my accomplishments for that day and most importantly, be comfortable in my own skin and with who I am, that’s when I’ll finally decide whether or not I can switch over the bead for the day. I want to better my appreciation for myself and for life and start owning who I am as opposed to what others have. I’m slowly progressing throughout that long journey by living a more healthy and active lifestyle. Even so, a little motivator never hurts. ;-)

  • McKenzie Culberson

There are so many different ways to utilize this beautiful and clever tool! I could count my water intake, I could count my calories, I could count how often I exercise. I would probably use it to count calories or “”bad”” calories. Like, I’m allowed to have this many servings of somethign unhealthy this week. Once I’ve slid all the beads over, no more splurges! It would mean rationing my treats out the entire week rather than eating poorly all at once. Seriously, this bracelet idea is brilliant.

  • Lauren Gallagher

I would count how many times I help a friend make a healthy choice! It can be hard to lose weight or stay on track by yourself, so I strongly believe in supporting my friends who always find time to support me :)

  • leah hildreth

This would be a great way for me to keep track of how much water i’ve had during the day, especially because i never seem to drink enough and end up dehydrated too often.

  • Danielle Lowe

I would love this! It would be such a great way to count how much water I have been drinking! Since I am training for a marathon, I need to drink more water than usual and I can be so forgetful!

  • Amie Kelleher

I’ve recently decided that I need to do something about my body before it becomes something that will take twice as long to fix. If I were to win the bracelet, I would keep track of my weekly workouts – the thing I struggle the most with. Having a mother and cousin who are both in breast cancer remission, makes me realize how important it is to keep track of your health. After having a reproductive tumor at age 18, thankfully benign/non-cancerous, although causing the loss of a fallopian tube, I understand that my chances of cancer are higher than most. It is up to me to take charge of my body and keep myself healthy. The bracelet would certainly help motivate me!

Thank you Lauren. You’re an inspiration.

    Amie

  • Lindsay Barnes

I love this concept. I am all about making healthy habits and having simple reminders and rewards for keeping up with them. I would use it for many sorts of ways. First time around will be: stop eating sweets. Every time I want a sweet but resist it, I will move a bead over. Once all the beads are on one side, I will reward myself with a small treat. I LOVE sweets and this would definitely limit my sugar intake and help me meet my goals.

  • Zulema M

I might need to invest in a few of these lovely bracelets to help keep track of all my goals! My sister needs a kidney transplant, and I have offered to be her donor. The surgery will likely be in September and I need to be in tip-top shape. Which means more water, eating right and definitely working out.

  • Carrie Morton

I would count how many times I did a leg strengthen exercise during the week. I have had 4 knee surgeries in the past 5 years, and I am only 17 years old! Keeping my legs strong to keep my knee healthy is a HUGE focus of my exercise. :)

  • Yesenia Ramos

My goal is too get to a healthy weight, I want to be able to run around with my friends during our beach and camping adventures and to be able to play for hours with my little sisters.

I would use it to count the times I made a healthy choice & drank water instead of a sugary drink. (:

  • Brittany Alfredson

These are so cute and clever! I would keep track of how many times a week I exercise. Great visual goal to try and slide all the beads over in a week!

  • Tara Raynak

I would count my pounds lost by “”10’s””. So far, I’m down 18 and this would be a great daily reminder of my goals! Thanks for a wonderful giveaway!

  • chasemadison

I would count how many times I weight lift during the week and my water consumption. I love this idea!

  • Samantha Seamon

I love these cute bracelets! I recently joined Weight Watchers so I think this would be a wonderful addition to assist me in tracking anything from my water consumption, fruit and vegetable servings, and days I go to the gym. Sometimes at work I forget my tracker so it can be difficult on those days to keep track of what I’m consuming! I appreciate the consideration :)

    Samantha

  • Allison Godfrey

I would definitely use the bracelet every time someone compliments me on my weight loss, exercise, and clean eating process. I’ve gone from a size 16 to a size 8 in the past year (wahoo!) but have had trouble embracing my new body and acknowledging all the hard work I’ve put into this. I’m way too hard on myself and need to accept compliments from friends and family instead of brushing them off.

  • Katherine Elise

Such a smart idea! I would use mine to keep track of how much water I drink everyday.

  • Jessica White

I would use the bracelet to count the glasses of water I drink each day. I’m trying to drink 8 glasses of water everyday but it has been hard to remember. I often feel dehydrated at the end of the day. This bracelet would be a daily reminder and a way to keep track. It would be really great to get this bracelet and improve my water intake.

  • Jacie Van Lith

I feel like my weight is always on my mind. With this bracelet I could show myself that I am making progress everyday and will motivate me to keep up with it. I would use it mainly for my eating habits, since that is my main issue. It would be used everytime I grab veggies or fruits instead of some other unhealthy snack!

  • Ann Flaherty

Water, Water, and more Water. I tend to gulp down 4-5 glasses at work..but as soon as I am home, I just forget about it. I love this idea of making a healthy habbit fashionable!

  • Jen Dunham

This is a great concept! I would use this bracelet to count how much water I drink as well as helping me to remember to eat more protein at every meal which is something I have struggled with for so long!

  • Robin Lee

Three months ago, my mom was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and since she has started chemotherapy, she and I have both amped up our heathy lifestyles. But with the added stress in our lives, this bracelet would remind me to take a moment each day to breath deeply, practice yoga and meditate. Yoga relaxes me and helps me think clearly but remembering to slow down enough everyday to do that has been a challenge, with the count on me bracelet I will have a constant reminder to set aside time for that.

  • Kelby Peachey

I love this!! The bracelet is beautiful. I’m definitely a LC follower on Facebook. :)

If I were to own one of these bracelet’s, I’d keep track of how many moments of gratitude I’ve encountered each day.

    -Kelby

  • Lauren Mayet

As for the past two years, I have been trying to get to a healthy weight. I have been a Weight Watchers member for a little over 2 years. I am down about 35 pounds with at least another 30 pounds more I want to loose. I have completely changed my way of thinking. I would use the bracelet as my daily reminder to exercise and continue to eat right so that I can achieve my goal of being a healthier me. Being from south Louisiana, an area dedicated to food, I know it is harder to eat heathier and be healthier. I have vowed to myself that I would not be obese in the later years of my life. I have vowed to change my life now before it gets harder to lose. I have both diabetes and hard disease in my family, so if I take the precautions now, I will have a great chance of not getting either disease. It is really only up to me to be a healthier me. The bracelet with definately motivate me. Thanks. Lauren

  • Cynda House

Right now I’m workin hard towards my goal of losing 60 pounds by the end of the year… it’s very hard and trying. I’m doing the best I can but of course you get off track and then you get discouraged. I think if I had one of the awesome bracelets I would be reminded everyday of my fight to a better and healtier life. I want that for myself and for my future generation. Plus I think you’re super awesome Lauren… I follow you on pinterest and love your healthy section. Thanks for all that you do. :)

  • Angela Gifford

What a brilliant idea! I love this too, I would love to win one as it would definitely help motivation, the reward is instant and visable whereas it can be hard to feel like your achieving something through healthy eating/drinking water/exercise as you can’t always see it. It is so easy to see the negative but with this bracelet the reward is immediate and it is beautiful. Good luck everybody :-)

  • dawn andy

I would use the Count Me Healthy bracelet, actually to count me healthy by motivating myself by going to my doctors on a regular time and period.

Since I have discovered some health problems, I really need to go to the doctors quite often, so to keep me on track especially having a child in my life I really could use some reminder and motivation keeping me Healthy!

  • Kristen Riviella

I am a big fan of LC I would love to be in great shape and lose some weight and eat way healthier than I do now. I would give this bracelet to my mom because she has supported me though everything and I think she would love it
    -Kristen

  • Tiffani Hawkins

I would commit to working out 4 times a week!

  • Madeline Breen

How cute! And what a smart idea. I’d use mine to keep track of the daily healthy choices I make over a not-so-healthy choice. Take the stairs, move a bead; eat carrots instead of chips, move a bead; meet a friend for Step class instead of happy hour, move a bead! Love these!

    ~Madeline

  • Nora Clark

What a beautiful reminder to continue to be healthy; I love these! I would wear as a daily reminder of my healthy actions (water intake, healthy food choices, and completing my workouts).

  • Chanel Hason

What a great idea these bracelets are?! I love it :)

This year I have actually been more concious about healthy foods and drinks in my diet. I try and help others as well by informing them certain facts pertaining to how much water they should drink a day comparative to their body weight, and so on and so forth… I write a blog and this helps me spread the word about being healthier in life. http://photoscience.wordpress.com/

If I were to win this bracelets, I would use them in terms of helping others achieve their personal helath goals . Whether it be helping my mom take soda out of her diet and replace it with water, or helping my co-worker achieve his goal of being a vegetarian the last week of every month. I would also use one bracelet for tracking my own successes in my personal health goals, like doing yoga once a week and running 3 times a week.

Thanks for the opportunity! These bracelets are definitley much more than cute jewelry..they make you feel good about being healthy!

    -Chanel

  • AllyL

Exercising regularly and setting up a diverse plan is so hard! I would move beads over when I have tamed my sweet tooth and stuck to a routine for a while without getting bored. Each bead would remind me of how it is possible and wearing it daily would certainly motivate me to move those beads!

  • Blaire Oddo

Love the bracelets! they are cute and fun while staying healthy!

  • Katie Cannon

I want to run another 5k….and actually run the whole thing! Getting my booty to the gym and yoga, as well as drinking water, are my goals!

  • Jessica Franks

this is so awesome and beautiful!

  • Melina Copeland

I would use this bracelet for my weight loss, because I am a sophomore in college & I have definitely put on my Freshman 30!:/ lol. But I have been working so hard to get back in shape that this would be an even better motivater to see how many pounds in increments of 5 pounds I am losing and to reasure myself that I am getting closer and closer to my Healthy weight!

  • Lark Mcallister

i would start out slow.Do small goals like drinking more water, and walking daily. slow and steady wins the race!

  • Kanji

I am getting married in a couple of weeks (On the 28th of July!!!). The motivation I got from the wedding has helped me tremendously to improve how I look and how I feel. I am not just talking about weight, but also practising make up, hair, style and therefore confidence. My fiance has been wowed by my commitment, and he is loving these little changes at least as much as he loves me! I would use this bracelet as a reminder of my ongoing achievments and goals, and to keep the good things coming!

  • Amanda Kennedy

what a fun and stylish way to stay healthy! i’m kind of to the point now where it’s not about losing weight, but about maintaining muscle and eating right. my current health goals are to drink 8 glasses of water a day, for 4 meals a day [i eat 6 small meals a day] make them lean protein, fruit, and veggie packed [essentially trying to follow the paleo diet for 2/3 of my meals!], and work out 4 times a week. i utilize myfitnesspal pal and my boyfriend [who is a chiropractor and wellness doctor] all the time, but when i’m not around those tools, it would be nice to have a constant visual reminder of my goals!

  • Taylor Worthey

I would love to use it for counting my cardio workouts 5 times a week! Sometimes I have trouble disciplining myself to do the reccomended 5 times, but when I do I feel great and it’s so worth it! Such a cute idea!

  • Sarah Seiberlich

I think this is a great idea. I have had many failed attempts at finding away to keep my goal! I would count the pounds to my goal weight. Gained weight when I had to stop playing soccer due to knee injury and have been working to get my old self back for 4 years.

  • Christine Kunz

I would definitely use my health diary bracelet in order to keep track of my exercise goals each and every day. I am committed to losing these last ten pounds, but they are also the hardest! My recent exercise thrill has just been trying new things… Instead of running a mile on the track, running a mile in the pool! (the resistance is incredible). I’ve also just tried out Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown DVD- even as a yoga newbie, it felt great. I would move one bead for every new idea and accomplishment I can come up with for both my health and for my workouts so I can stay inspired!

  • Jennifer Ickovics

i would love to win this bracelet because I always set health goals for myself but constantly forget about them! With this bracelet, I wouldn’t be able to forget as it would be a constant reminder (and a beautiful one at that)

  • Megan

I would use this bracelet to create better habits for myself like eating more vegetables, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and exercising regularly. I’d also use it to motivate myself to achieve goals I set for myself in judo.

  • absipe

Love the bracelet! I would use mine to keep track of my water intake. I always loose track around water bottle 4 or 5! :o/ This would be a fun way to keep track and a visual so I wouldn’t have to try to remember!

  • Payton Anderson

    Hello!

Recently, my best friend decided to get a gym membership and I cannot tell you how proud I am of her and how consistent she has been. I think this Count Me Healthy bracelet would be such a good gift to surprise her with and reward her for all of her hard work all summer long. It would be such a cute way to add a little fun into her workouts every week!

As for me, I have really been trying to jumpstart my days off with a run every morning. I would love to reach my goal of finishing off the summer with a toned body by using a Count Me Healthy Bracelet!

    I love this idea!

    Xoxo, Payton

  • Jacqueline Jacobsen

The bracelet is a marvelous idea!! It is a good reminder for me to remember to drink my 8 glasses of water everyday, to go to the gym and workout both cardio and weights at least 3 times to 5 times per week, to remember to eat my serving of fruits and veggies, also to do some relaxing yoga as well and just to get to the goal of keeping my body healthy and making all these goals a habit for a new healthy lifestyle

  • Melina Copeland

    Thanks!

  • Leah Dercks

Love this! I super cute reminder! I would use this for a lot of things! My main thing that I need an extra nag on is attending my yoga and kickboxing classes throughout the week! This would be a perfect thing because once people know what it is, I won’t want to walk around strutting a bracelet with all my beads to one side!

  • Jessica

I would use the Bracelet to remind me to eat. I try to eat 6 small meals per day but it’s very easy to forget because I’m never starving. My goal is just to be healthy and feel good about myself and to have the energy my family & I deserve to have. :)

Love this!! The bracelet would be a great reminder for my wedding goal!!

  • cmarie

I have been trying to take time for myself everyday to do some sort of healthy activity, whether it be going to the gym, doing a dvd at home or going for a run. This bracelet would help me keep track of trying to stay ON TRACK! plus, it’s beautiful.

  • Madison Montgomery

The bracelet is beautiful and such a great idea! I would use mine to count the servings of veggies I eat. I’m slowly trying to work myself into eating healthier and living an overall healthier lifestyle. I already have added working out at least 5 times a week into my routine, but eating foods with a better health value are what I need to work on the most. I think this bracelet would be a great incentive to help me reach my goal! -Madison

  • Rebecca Gartmann

this is one of the best ideas that I have ever seen. Instead of trying to track healthy habits in your head (or attempting to write them down) you have a reminder right on you! I would count my fruits and veggie intake. I also think that the actual bracelet is a GREAT reminder all day long to take even smaller steps towards better health (should I take the stairs instead of the elevator? absolutely!)

  • sr665

Would love to win one of these bracelets! I would choose a different health goal to keep track of each week. For this week, my health goal is to drink lemon water every day like you mentioned in your blog post:

    http://www.laurenconrad.com/post/sip-this-3-reasons-why-lemon-water-rocks

  • Erin Campbell

I’m getting married next year, and while I’m already living a fairly healthy lifestyle I’d like to bump it up toe the next level. My thighs and lower abdomen are my problem areas and I really want to get them completely toned.

  • Amanda Scheriff

This bracelet is a wonderful and classy idea! I am a senior speech pathology student and keeping track of my rigorous school schedule and all my health goals is absolutely a challenge! I suffer from a mild form of obsessive compulsive disroder and in order to keep myself in tip top shape I have set daily behavioral goals in order to keep myself mentally strong. Incorporated in these goals is exercise…the best way to beat my stress and anxieties! This bracelet would be a beautiful reminder of working to achieve all my personal goals. Thanks Lauren!

  • Laura Bruce

I would count the number of glasses of water I drink each day on the bracelet! If I don’t drink enough water I get dehydrated super quickly but I never remember how much I’ve had. • Allie Hughes

This is such a cute tool! The world could certainly use more innovative health and style experts like the ladies of Count Me Healthy! I would use the bracelet as a way to count the days that I can go without consuming sugar and processed foods. Diabetes runs in my family and I have been lucky enough to avoid it thus far, but my sugar consumption can put me at risk for type two diabetes. Currently I use rubber bands to snap myself when I want to eat something too sugary, but this bracelet would be a much cuter – and more comfortable – way of managing my goal!

  • Kathie

I gained the fresh 15 this past year so I want to lose it all before school starts again. I’m trying to eat healthy and work out for about an hour five to six times a week!

I would love love love this bracelet! Ever since finishing my first year of college, I have been unmotivated and down. Unfortunaly I was one of the freshman who gained 15 pounds during her first year of college. Hopefully it all pays off in the end! :)

  • Megan Cody

As a college student, being home for the summer i’ve let myself splurge one too many times on guilty pleasures I couldnt get from the school caf. This bracelet would be an awesome way to help me get back into the swing of eating healthier before moving back in the fall. I think i would use this bracelet to track when I say no a piece of cake and choose an apple instead. Its motivational and something to be proud of!

  • Laura Alejandra Castillo G

I love the bracelet! I work all the day sitting and every day trying to improve my position not to hurt my back. I drink water as often as I can to stay hydrated. I would like to have more time for sports. Thanks Lauren…. :D

  • R Webb

I would use mine for exercise – it’s so hard to stay consistent and this would definitely help me track my exercise goals! Plus if it’s on my wrist I can’t misplace it :)

What an amazing idea. If I were to win this bracelet, I would use it to remind myself to say something nice to a stranger each day. It’s so important to be kind to one another. One positive comment on someones outfit, attitude, or smile, can turn their whole day around.

to take my daughter on a walk or bike ride around my neighborhood, especially when she gets fussy.

  • Cate McLaughlin

I am 25, and my dad passed away in April from cancer. I have always been a self-motivated person, going to the gym 5 times a week, eating healthy, and doing an awesome job at work. However, it has been extremely difficult to even get out of bed some days given his recent passing. This has been hard to stomach, given my exhuberant personality.

I have started with a therapist and it has been extremely helpful. We have personal goals each day for me to reach, both mentally and physically. So, I would use this bracelet as a reminder to always keep going and track my daily goals to get back to where I am comfortable.

    Thank you for the consideration,

    Cate M.

  • Charlynn Schmiedt

My goal is to start exercising again. I fell off the wagon a few weeks ago and I can definitely see/feel the loss of muscle in my body.

  • Jackie Salek

I have always been overweight all my life, and recently I have been trying to get a grip on it and really start losing weight, but it seems like everytime I make a little progress, it’s not long before I am back to where I started. It makes it hard to be able to enjoy myself, and be comfortable because no matter what I feel uncomfortable. It’s one of those things that I know I won’t see the effects of over night, but I am really hoping I start to see some progess soon. I have been starting to eat healthier, and drink more water, and am trying to schedule in working out everyday so that I will do it.

  • Jackie Salek

and I agree that bracelet is adorable and it’s such a great idea!

  • Haley Fiske

I’d use the beads to keep my eating habits in check. I’m a college student so my diet sucks but having this bracelette it’d be a constant reminder of what I should and should not eat. I would also use it to manage working out. I want to start running everyday and this bracelette would help me do so.

  • Yesenia

I would probably use the bracelet to count how many glasses of water I drink daily. I usually write it down but it’s such a hassle and I forget to write it down sometimes.

Great motivator! It’s on your wrist so you can’t miss it! I have gained more weight than I would like to admit and I am working on getting it all off. The important thing is to keep all of the these in mind to change that unhealthy lifestyle….

  • Katie Sturino

I may also use it to count the number of times I remember to take a deep breath through out my day. Deep breathing helps to clear your head and keep you calm. It’s a good way to keep yourself energized. While I know all of this, I forget this simple trick. Having a bracelet on my wrist to remind me would be WONDERFUL!

  • Lauren Frey

  • shannon thurman

I would love to have one of these gorgeous bracelets! It would be a reminder to me to take some time to help improve my health. Working out is the greatest gift anyone can do for themselves.

  • Leanna Marcus

This bracelet is incredible! I am a vegan and an avid runner and have been looking for something similar to this to track my progress with my training. Since July 1st, I have been trying to raise awareness to a cause by running at least one mile everyday. My usual running routine is Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday or Sunday, but I have been running at least one mile everyday and more on the normal running days. I would use this bracelet to track each day I run during the week!

    I love this idea!!!

  • Jessica Enrico

I love this idea, i think the bracelet is a great way to stay motivated when working out and i want to use the bracelet to consistently go bike riding and running as a way to stay healthy and exercise!

p.s. love that you have these giveaways, and always introduce us to new things that are cool & important!

  • Fiona

I would try and use it to count everytime i turn a negative thought into a positive one. I was told this is a great way to enhance your overall health and i def need to put this into practice with recently losing my job and repeating exams to get into my next year of college. Life is not easy…

  • Abby Ferguson

This isn’t only beautiful but helps women get healthier. Recently I have been working hard to get into shape for a friends wedding. I have about 10 more pounds to go and counting the pounds I have left to lose and workouts I do during the week would be fun! It would be a constant reminder of the dedication I am putting into getting into shape!

    Lots of love Lauren! xo

  • Rebecca H

I would use these to keep track of workouts throughout the week. It’s definitely been a rough summer, volunteering almost full time at my internship and taking two summer classes in law school. Unfortunately, that came at the expense of quality time at the gym, and I have sadly gained back some of the 50 pounds that I had lost last year. Its time for some new motivation, and pretty things are super motivating!

  • Madyson Bender

These are so cute! My health goal is to eat less, so I would use mine to count how many foods/drinks I consumed each day that had over 10 grams of sugar.

  • KittyCatlin

Not only is this fashionable but also funtional! I love this idea! My health goal is to hit the gym at least 5 days a week and strengthen my body as well as destress my busy student life. I have a bad habit of not hydrating my body enough. I would use the beads to track my water intake. If I had a visual representation of my goal it would make it so much more achievable! And I’d celebrate just a little bit inside everytime I got to move a bead over :)

  • vanessa salgado

I would count 20 days running in each month…. I used to exercise and go to the gym but since i break out with my boyfriend i stopped working now. I really want to start this again with a new and better me

  • Reshma Patel

Hii Lauren, I believe that this bracelet is a wonderful concept. I believe its important for young people to stay positive and stay inspired. As a physician assistant student, my goal is stay healthy and be a positive role model for others. I know that this isn’t always easy and have struggled with staying happy in my life. I would use a bracelet like this to make goals on the amount of times I keep positive, happy thoughts and count the good energy to others. I think the best way to stay healthy to remember that there is so much to smile about! Thank you for your time!

  • Mosum P

Trying to get in shape for my 21st birthday! This well definitely help me stay on track. It would be a great way to keep track of how much water i drink and how much exercise i am doing. Thank you Count me Healthy! :)

  • laura preston

What a great idea and the bracelets look gorgeous

My healthy goal is clean eating and toning up for summer. I would use my bracelet to count my healthy meals/snacks for the day so that way I don’t skip meals and being as it is currently the middle of winter in Australia it can be difficult to find the motivation to eat healthy.

  • Monica Herrera

This sound so fun and also a great help to keep motivated and even sometimes just a remainder that living healthy is all a beneficial!! I will count them everytime that I achived my healthty goal of cooking my meals and control my portions, also making the gym 5 days a week those are my main goals right now to keep a healthy style. Thank you for this great findings!!

  • Louise Riddell

I love this idea – I definitely need to count my water intake!!!

  • Karissa Wade

In high school I was super active with sports, but throughout college I have had less time to workout due to busy course schedules and clubs on campus. I love to be active and workout but I need something that reminds me of my progress and something to keep me pushing forward. I think that this Count Me Healthy bracelet is a perfect accessory and just what I need to motivate me to achieve my goals. With this bracelet I will count the number of healthy snacks I eat each day such as fruits and vegetables instead of junk food!:)

  • Erika Jones

My health goal is to lose a l;ittle weight to help me feel healthier and finish a marathon.

    E.xxx

  • Kristen Hnasko

My health goal is to ride my bike for at least 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week. I would use the bracelet to keep track of how many miles I ride each week!

  • Lorna Rodgers

I would use this bracelet either to check I keep myself hydrated enough or to help keep check of my Type 1 Diabetes. They are so cute! :)

  • Lauren Rubin

i use to workout all the time and eat extremely healthy, but went to college and became so unhealthy, so i am trying to loose some weight and keep it off. currently just started gluten-free lifestyle and its working really well. so i am hoping to just become a healthier person and workout a lot. so i would use this to not only count my water intake, but also count my healthy food choices i make daily, hopefully it will inspire me to want to eat healthier! :)

  • Sasi We

I love the braclet, it’s super cute :)

I would count my healthy meals per week, I want to eat at least 5 times a week a low calorie, high energie meal.

    Hope to win this :)

  • AJoy25

I’ve been picturing a product like this for years! I just wish I had created it ;)

Being two months from my wedding to the greatest man on Earth :) I would count every day that I reach my gym goals, specifically the hardest one for me to remember…doing my abs and plank every morning and every night. When I read that tip on your blog I had no idea how much of an impact one little change could make. It really inspired me to keep with the program and now two months away from my wedding I feel empowered and fit – better than I have ever been. I’d love to have a product that keeps me motivated!

  • Nicole Ingman

I love this idea of using something fashionable to help you out with a goal. A wonderful idea. I would use this braclet for my fruit and veggie intake and water. I need to eat healthier and I think that if i had this on all the time it would definately be a great reminder.

  • Samantha Embler

My husband deployed 4 months ago and my main goal for while he is away is to get back in shape. I think with help from the bracelet I can make sure my weekly goals are made. From making sure I do my 300 jumping jacks a day to making sure I don’t go over my daily calorie in take. Love this idea!!!

  • Dora

My health goal is to work out more. It’s so hard during the summer to keep it up.

  • Amanda shears

I have been going to the gym for a few months now, trying to get myself in shape for my upcoming wedding. Once the big day passes (which will happen this Saturday), I don’t want to neglect my workout routine. These bracelets would be a great motivator for me to stay on top of my workouts, and also eat healthier…something I continuously struggle with. I know I’m going to need continued encouragement to stay on track, and what better way than with something I can accessorize with daily!

  • amd13

    These a beautiful!

  • amd13

Oops typo! These ARE beautiful! haha I was too rushed

  • Sarah-Anne Fehr

Would love to win a bracelet! I’ve totally revamped my lifestyle with healthy eating, no alcohol, and regular work outs. Would love the bracelet for every 10 pounds lost. It would help keep me motivated and it helps that its super cute!

  • Taylor Wuestenberg

I would definitely count my daily water consumption! I don’t drink nearly enough water and I know I really need to. This would be a perfect, cute reminder. After it becomes a habit of drinking the right amount of water, I’ll use it for my next count to healthiness. Hopefully this would help me lose a few pounds.

  • Jodi Brown

What a great idea! I would definitley use the bracelet to motivate me to run 12 miles a week. 1 bead for each mile! :-D

  • Nicole McCuaig

I’ve been trying to be an all around more healthy and fit person. I would count each week I have made it to the gym at least 5 times or each week that I have no cheat days on eating well. It’s not easy to change a lifestyle having something to make the goals more tangible would be amazing.

  • Tess

I love bracelets. got a lot from monks in Thailand.

I would use my bracelet for happy thoughts!

  • Katie-Joy Zimmerman

Awesome idea to log healthy progress! I would definitely use mine to log each healthy meal I eat or everytime I decide to eat something healthy over junk food or sweets. That is my hardest thing!

  • Tess

I love bracelets. got a lot from monks in Thailand.

I would use my bracelet for happy thoughts!

  • Monica Nunez

What a great concept and giveaway! I would use it for daily reminder to hydrate as well.

I am pregnant and with trying to balance work and another child, it’s amazing how you forget about yourself and own health! This would be a great reminder!

  • Jordan Jones

I love the idea of using this bracelet to count water intake! I live in the desert so it’s especially important for me to drink plenty of fluids. This piece of jewelry would be a great constant reminder to stay hydrated!

  • Marie

With this bracelet I will remind myself to do my cardio every day. I am trying to get into shape for my dance team practices to begin so I can balance it with school easier and not feel dead after a practice. I have been struggling with my weight for some time and although I eat healthy cardio is really what I need to feel good about myself.

  • Elle McLeod

My health goal is to put in my P90X CD everday and do it with as much effort as I can….. and to remember no late eating (after 7PM)! The bracelet will help me keep motivated to reach my goal to be in a healthy fitness zone! and once I reach those goals, they would continue to remind me to excercise everyday so that I can be in the best shape I can be in!

  • Rebecca Doepke

I just recently found out that I am lactose intolerant and it is really hard sometimes to remember not to eat dairy food, especially since it is so good. I would use this bracelet to track when I eat dairy so I become more aware about what I am eating and hopefully this higher awareness will lead to me not eating dairy and I will start using the bracelet for something else.

This is such an interesting idea!

  • laroyal06

This bracelet would help me stay motivated to run everyday!!!

  • Hillary Ann

I would count the number of classes of water I drink each day. Sometimes I forget to drink the right amount and when I’m at college I have problems with dehydration.

My current health goal is to run another half marathon. I finished my first one last May and I’m ready to run another and get a personal record!

  • Claudia Medrano

My goal is to increase the concentration of veggies and fruits in my meals to a ratio of 60:40 in proportion to meat/rice/potatoes and such! And then I’ll restart and keep increasing from there!

  • Kelsey Stouffer

My goal is to be healthier about myself. I want to make sure I keep myself around a positive environment and make I remember I am beautiful!

  • Kiwi

I think being mentally heathly is just as equal to being physically healthy. Therefore, I could count how many times I was nice to a person. It’s the little things that make someone happy. Making someone smile or helping them out boost your energy and selfesteem. It makes you feel good, too. I would want to move all the beads EVERDAY so that I could really have an effect on others.

I would also count the number of times I ran because running is important for me. I am going to be trying out for my high school soccer team and they focus on running more than anything else. Now, I’m not the best runner and need to be motivated into running everday. So, I want to move a bead over a least once a day so by end of the week, all the beads are down! It would help me a lot for the upcoming season!

    Thanks Lauren for the giveaway!

  • Danielle Michaelov

Just like you, to drink more water!

  • Danica

I just recently graduated in May and, fortunately, landed a job earlier this month. I want to make sure I am working as hard as possible to reassure them that they made the right choice by highering me. An former collegiate athlete, I used to drink SO much water everyday, but now I find myself too busy to take a lunch break, let alone drink water! I would use this bracelet to remind myself to drink water, make sure I give myself AT LEAST a half hour for lunch at least 3 days a week, and make sure I work out at least 5 days a week. It’s hard to fit in a work out after an eight hour work day, especially when you’re not playing on a team like I’m used to!

AND they are sooo cute! It makes the motivation that much easier! :)

  • Rikki Cohen

I would count this bracelet as all the fruits and veggies I eat along with thinking about how we shouldn’t ignore the healthy foods we eat because in some countries or even in some families in our neighborhoods it is a privilege to eat them. So I would look down and think of all the people I want to help out there become healthier, weather it’s losing weight, eating healthier or just getting up and walking around. I would wear this bracelet with pride : )

  • Katie Gaetano

These bracelets are so pretty! I would use my bracelet to count fruit and vegetable servings! I am trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle and one of these bracelets would definitely help and serve as a daily reminder!

  • Kimberly B

I’d use it to count toward my goal of at least 30 minutes per day of exercise. EVEN ON THE WEEKENDS!

And of course, I’d show it off

What’s better than being healthy and fashionable? :)

  • Brittany Cogger

my health goals are to eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink 2 litres of water a day! i would use this bracelet as the perfect reminder to strive and achieve my goals!

  • Kendall Sterling

My health goals are simple: learn to love myself. That can mean counting on my bracelet when I do something that can lead to that (yoga, eating healthy, losing a little weight, etc.), but mainly I want to count when I can look in the mirror and be happy with what I see, no matter what that is. I know how important having a healthy body image is, for all women, and I want to be able to both have that positive image and one day inspire other women to do the same <3

  • Samantha Burt

My goal would be not only to go to the gym for a hour each day. but to watch what I eat and inspire others to keep active and eat better as well. It’s important not to count what you are able to do yourself but how many others you can inspire to change their lives.

  • Ashley Navarre

I would count on my bracelet how many glasses of water I’ve drank because I need to drink more than just 1 glass a day to reach my goal of becoming healthier!

  • Cynthia Fu

My main health goal is keeping myself in shape by eating fruits and veggies for every meal, stay hydrated and go out for a jog everyday.

  • Rebekah Shaheen

I LOVE the concept of the Count Me Healthy bracelet! I would use the bracelet for whenever I make an everyday good health decision. Going into university, gaining the “”Freshman 15″” pounds is a daunting thought; especially because I am already trying to lose weight. This bracelet would totally motivate me to pick the healthy choice instead of the unhealthy one, drink the needed amount of water despite my “”on the go”” days, and it would remind me to get to the gym and pursue the active lifestyle we all try hard to achieve. Keeping track of my efforts has always been my down-fall and this is the first idea I have ever laid my eyes on that I truly believe would work for me and because as a student money can be tight, I really hope I win one of these bracelets. <3

  • Amie Castle

I am trying to become healthier inside and out, and this would be a great tool to help me jump start it all! I think having that extra reminder each and every day would keep me on track with counting my daily water intake. Thanks for the opportunity to win this!

  • D a n i e l G r e e k

First Off Let me say that you are my biggest inspiration! every magazine, tv show, book that you have been on or stared with a made sure no matter the cost that I got it for myself. I suffer from severe anxiety which gives me panic attacks on a regular daily basis. Sometimes with my anxiety i find it hard to eat properly with having a panic attack. 2 years ago i have been diagnost with anorexia disorder due to my high level of anxiety and the doctors have told me that I need to start taking care of my health and making sure i learn quickly to lower my anxiety. evryday I wake up I have the fear of not eatting or having a severe aniexty attack. It has gotten to the point where i can not even travel 30 minutes to another town without me getting nervous and blacking out. But im learning the hard and slow way that I have to take everyday slowly and one sttep at a time to get better. With the bracellete not only will it look extremely fashionable on my arm and go with all my clothes lol. But something like that bracellette looks like it could give the confidence that one like myself and all who have left you a comment a huge confidence boost. To whom ever it may go to is going to look just fabulous and stunning with confidence and hopfully their health may turn for the better. Keep up what you`re doing Ms Conrad. You are a huge inspiration to my life; I do not know how i would still be here if it wasn`t for watching you show so much strength and courage. Sincerely; Your biggest fan! XoXo

  • Em

I work at a summer camp, and as cheesy as it sounds, I want my “”health”” goal to be to start, and participate in 12 games at camp, whether it be dodgeball, basketball, soccer, or even a puzzle, etc. I just want to be more involved with my campers and stay active at the same time. I always find myself starting games, but never sticking with them because I get too tired, or just too lazy (guilty). So, my goal is to start 12 indoor/outdoor games everyday and STICK with them. Participation is key to maintain childrens’ attention, and…it’s just fun! :)

  • Brenna Alholm

I would count all the good things I did for myself that day, such as exercise, and all the healthy things I ate. My goal is to cut all refined foods (such as cane sugar, white flour and anything processed) and dairy (I’ve been recently found out I have sensitivities to it) out of my diet. I also want to start working out more.

  • Cameron Salter

I would love a bracelet for many reasons! Mainly to remind me everytime I look at my wrist to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I would move a bead over everytime I chose a healthy snack such as fruit or vegetables instead of something unhealthy like cookies or ice cream. A bracelet would mean the world to me. A healthy lifestyle is very important to me and a bracelet would help me to be one step closer. :)

  • Kaitlyn McKenna

These bracelets are beautiful! My goal is to drink at least 3 water bottles a day (reusable of course). I had my large intestine removed a few months ago and that is the organ that reabsorbes water for your body. I am suppose to be drinking more water to replace the water I am loosing, but I have not been doing a very good job.

  • Amanda Bloom

I’ve always struggled with my self-esteem and finally decided to do something about it in the last 6 months. I’ve lost around 40 pounds and couldn’t be more proud of myself. I still have about 20 more pounds to lose so this bracelet would give me the opportunity to appreciate the last 20 as much as I did the first 40. It will also be a reminder to stay healthy and happy after losing everything I plan to!

This is great, Lauren! Thanks :)

  • Storm

Hi Lauren! I want to use this bracelet for keeping track of reinforcing healthy habits daily, such as taking the stairs, drinking all of my water, supressing an urge I don’t need to indulge, doing something nice for someone else, smiling instead of losing my temper, stretching every morning, practicing yoga everyday, walking the dog, eating at least one green veggie a day, etc.

  • Nicole Seubert

My health goal is to learn not to be so hard on myself and to think postively about me. Basically, to appreciate each day for what it is and make the best of it. Also, to try to drink more water and less soda!

  • CLyz

This bracelet would be a phenomenal gift, and I would use it to make sure I am eating clean EVERY DAY (even when I am going out). I want to make sure I am treating my body like a temple, and help others follow those same rules. I want everyone to see that life is about living, and that means staying ALIVE.

  • Sushi Fria

    run 2 miles every day!

  • Jessica Horn

My goals are to drink more water, shed a couple of punds, tone up, and to keep up with my new interval training routine. Ultimately, I just want to feel a little more confident!

  • pinkiepie

My health goals are to eat more vegetables everyday and to lift weights a couple times a week. The bracelet looks like a neat way to keep track of this.

  • Karlie Wells

This past year has been filled with some of the happiest, as well as, the hardest moments in my life. We bought a house, had a beautiful baby girl and my husband was diagnosed with Leukemia. All things come in three it seems…I remind myself everyday to take it one day at a time. I love the idea of a bracelet as a constant reminder to see the good things in life, rather than focusing on the hardships.

  • Alyssa Hilty

I have always been focused on living a healthy lifestyle and am always opened to new techniques to use to continue reaching for my health and fitness goals! My main motto is strong is the new skinny and I want to continue to live up to my goals. I think that I would put the Count Me Healthy bracelet to good use and would love to be able to use it! I love the concept of the bracelet because you are giving people a physical reminder to focus on their goals and continue working towards living a long and healthy life! The idea behind these bracelets is absolutely wonderful and I would love to be given the chance ot use them as I continue my journey. My first goal would definitely be something along the line of running 4 times a week. I love working out and strenght training, but I am really trying to focus in on doing more cardio. I really want to get into running and start on a consistent running program that would help me reach my health goals! I think that these bracelets would be a wonderful reminder for me to work hard and continue working towards my goals! Thank you so much for offering this wonderful opportunity!

  • Priscilla L

This is such a cool giveaway! I would count my blessings because I feel that a lot of us don’t do that enough in our daily lives. We always want more, but don’t reflect as much on what we already have.

My health goal is to exercise at least 3 times a week, even if it’s just for half an hour. I want to be confident with my body and know that I’m putting in effort to stay fit and healthy.

  • Susan Ho

I have always struggled with my weight throughout my entire life and I think a great way to reinforce a healthy lifestyle would be to incorporate this health diary bracelet to continuously remind myself of healthy habits to take. Such as: walking to class instead of riding the bus, drinking water instead of soda, eating fruit instead of a cookie for dessert, taking a group fitness class instead of going home early, etc.

  • Laura Verdecia

My goal is to be healthy & happy!!

  • Jen Evernham

I have struggled with staying fit and keeping up with good health habits. I would love to opportunity to use this to keep track of the good choices and decisions I make in terms of my health. Whether it be working out or food choices; then after I go through the beads, reward myself somehow (whether it be a shopping trip, or go watching the sunset). It is gorgeous!

  • bess hoskins

I would use this bracelet to track every exercise I add to develop inner peace in my chaotic life. As a broke student and unpaid intern, I want to strive to enstill a sense of calm and control in my life again. Each time I added meditation, organic eating, running, and reading inspirational works every day I would move a bead over to remind myself of my change and to not go back to my life before. The bracelet would be a constant reminder to take control of my life and stay calm and not to let a schedule and societal pressures consume me. Thank you so much for this opportunity to share my thoughts and enter to win! You’re the best!

  • Jillian Torre

I’ve changed my lifestlye in the past year, lost 25 pounds, and found a love for exercise. I would love to have this bracelet to use as a anchor to my weightloss and new healthy life. I’d use it to count when I work out or the days I stay on track. Having that anchor on my wrist would help remind me that sacrificing that ice cream will all be worth it when I reach my goal weight.

  • Eleanor Erickson

I just recently lost 25lbs and I’m trying to lose another 20lbs so that I can get to a healthy weight! I’m a carb lover so a daily goal is not to feel bloated and tired after eating. Eating as little carbs and eating healthy everyday but still being able to give myself a treat every once in a while is the main goal for a healthy lifestyle I’m trying to achieve. Working out is also another goal of mine, just last week I was able to do a straight 5 days during the summer! :) Its so much harder to work out consitently during the summer with all the heat! This bracelet would be an awesome reminder of both my goals and accomplishments! I’m glad you found a new way of representing goals acheived, the bracelet is beautiful as well! Thanks, Lauren!

  • Peyton Mcilwain

I never make time to work out at my local gym. I will move the beads each time i go to the gym a week.I need to make better health choices now when im young so i wont regret when im older.Drinking water is also a problem i like to drink sodas i will use the bracelet also to count the glasses of water i drink per day.

  • Paige M

As a broke and busy college student, I eat fast food way too often. I would move a bead for every three days I go without eating fast food!

  • Puja shrestha

I will move the beads each time i do yoga. I love yoga and I took yoga classes before but now I stopped going to the classes because of my crazy schedule. But now I have planned to do it at home everyday at least 30 mins. This bracelet will inspire me in doing it.

  • Lorene McCoy

I am an active individual who does yoga regularly along with cardio at the gym. I also have a condition known as syncope, which causes me to get dizzy and sometimes black out. My doctor tells me to stay hydrated, and this bracelet would be amazing; I could keep track of how many glasses of water I have consumed in a day.

  • GJJ

Now that I don’t eat meat I’ve really had a hard time with getting protein and struggled with loosing weight, I want to be heathly. I will use the bracelet to count my protein and vegetable intake for the day.

  • talula88

I’m going to count the days that I go without eating sugar… I’ve been trying to go a week straight by putting rubberbands on my wrist but this would be much more stylish! Great idea!

This bracelet is AMAZING! I just recently found that I have some serious medical issues with my stomach. With a strict I can get the chance to heal and start new. I could definitely use a tool to track my progress and keep my spirits high. This bracelet would be a great reminder that with work I can become a healthier happier person.

  • Emily Clark

Recently I was watching an episode of Ellen, and she had a guest on named Kathy Freston who recently finished writing a book called “”The Lean””. This book has inspired me to become more conscious of what i put into my body and how to be healthy. The book also provides a step to take each day to work towards a healthier you. This bracelet would become beneficial to my daily routiene as i would count the number of steps i complete throughout my day, one of which is consuming more glasses of water in a day!

  • Lindsay Carroll

There are a few things that I would want to track with this bracelet!! 1st I want to completely quit smoking! I have been cutting down since New Years & I think this would help me make sure that I continue to smoke less and not more.. I would also use it to lose weight & keep myself hydrated. I am trying to help my daughter with this as well since she is 8 years old and gained quite a bit of weight in the past year. I’m trying to teach her that the 8 glasses of water a day will help control her appetite and keep her hydrated! If I do not win the contest I would love to know where I can purchase them for me and my daughter that way we can keep track together and have something we do together. I know this will help her self esteem which has slowly gotten lower as her weight increased. :(

  • Janet Munie

I have been watching what I eat and recently joined a gym. I am getting into shape and somedays it is so hard to stay focused. This bracelet would remind me just how getting to the gym and remembering to eat right isn’t only good for me but for my family! And it is a very cute accessory!!

  • Caroline Doucette

I’ve been on the down side in the past year, feeling a bit lost with all the changes in my life. I started to look into alternatives to make me feel a bit better, like going out for a run or hitting the gym. However, motivation can sometimes be hard to find, mostly after a long day spent in classes or at work. I would really use a bracelet like this to remind me that I have to take care of myself and also have to feel better about myself all around.

  • Chelsey Remmenga

I thought everything I was doing to be in shape and at a good weight for me was okay, but recently came into a new light and realized that I was being very unhealthy and actually harming my body. I have been having a rough time sticking to my new healthy habits and this bracelet would help remind me to take it one day at a time.

  • Joyce Ou-Yang

i’ve started working out lately, but am not feeling too motivated to be doing it everyday. this bracelet would be a perfect way to motivate myself! every time i finish my workout for the day, i’ll slide a bead over. i get motivated and a bit competitive with little things like this so i think it’ll work!

  • Kelsey Couch

These are amazing!! what a great idea! I have always struggled with my weight and feeling healthy! I’ve come to find when I record what I am eating or what I do to stay healthy it helps tremendously! I would use the bracelet in many different ways, starting with how many meals a day I eat or how many glasses of water. Once I am eating well again I would use it for how many times a week I am active. When I accomplish that I would love to use the bracelet to record how many pounds I have lost. It would be so phenomenal to have something beautiful to look at everyday to remind me to stay heathly and take care of my body!!

    Thanks for the contest!

    <3 Kelsey

  • Kari Jo

What a great idea! I just started running daily and it’d be cool to get one to be reminded of my progress! LOVE THEM :)

  • Ashley Rathjen

Im definitly into fitness and be healthly!!! however this braclet would help me to stay motivated on those not so fit happy days, and boy it sure would look cute on me ; )

  • lily phung

my goal is to run a mile under 7 minutes and knock off a few pounds before my big sister’s big day!

  • Cassidy Short

I would count how many times I follow a healthy vegetarian diet. I have read about the health benefits of a majority, if not total, veggie diet and I have been striving to achieve this for quite some time – this would be a great motivation! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

    xoxo

    Cassidy

  • Talia Loudermilk

I would count each phase in my healthy new weight loss lifestyle that I complete my goals. I am extremely motivated to get healthier and start trying to makle myself happy and confident again. I am at my unhealthiest and I want nothing more than to succeed on this journey. I have the drive.

  • Lauren Ziemba

I would count how lucky I am, but don’t even know it. One of my health goals is to decrease stress and anxiety daily. By counting daily blessings that pass me by would help me accomplish this goal.

  • kzales

As a mom-to-be, I would use the bracelet to count the baby’s fetal movement throughout the day or to count the glasses of water I am suppose to drink. When the baby arrives, I will use it to track the baby’s feedings. It is such a neat idea!

  • Vanessa Potter

I would start with working out 4 days a week. Then I would go to my protein intake, since I am a vegetarian I need to make sure I am getting enough protein.

  • Emily H

Why do I want this bracelet? Well a couple of months ago I started getting really into running. I’ve never been super fit, I hated exercising, I’m not exactly skinny (out of all the girls in my family I’m actually the biggest) but I’ve always been super comfortable in my own skin. I knew I was a little chubby, but I was happy with the way I looked and I was happy with the way I felt. A couple of months ago there was just a lot of stress going on in my life from work, family, friends, and school, and that’s when I found running. My brother has always been the athletic one in the family and he runs everyday, so the very first day I literally had to go ask him “”how do I go “”running”” “” And luckily for me, he seemed willing to help me and helped me by the right shoes and gears. Honestly, if you asked me even a year ago, I would have told you “”I hate running,”” if I had to pick a sport it’d be swimming – I like the water. But I’m not a super good runner, and I’m a total kluts so I hurt my ankles a lot, which prevents me from running for days, sometimes weeks, which means its harder for me to build up endurance to run longer. So for me, with this bracelet I would use it two ways – the first way i would use it, would be for me to count the number of days I run a week. Then as long as I can and as my ankle is willing, I’ll use it to count the number of miles I run. I hope to be able to run at least 4 miles by the end of the year (might not seem like a lot, but right now I’m really only able to run 1-2 miles).

  • Ashley Millwood

I’ve never really been active that much and I’ve never ran for more than a mile but my goal is to run a marathon. Having something on my wrist while I run can help to remind me my goal!

  • Cynthia Brake

I used to be a very active individual. I loved running. I was a member of the cross country team, basketball team, and still hold many high school records for track team. However, I started a very unhealthy smoking habit and little by little started to stop exercising regularly. Earlier this year, I decided to quit, cold turkey, and although it has been very difficult, I have not had one bit of nicotine since then.

Since I stopped smoking, I have used running as a reminder of how great it feels to run without the holdbacks of smoking. I have become addicted to running, literally. I’m obsessed. I have participated in many 5Ks and my times keep improving. I signed up for my first half-marathon and am dedicated to do my absolute best when it comes time to run this race. Not only have I become obseesed with running, I’ve become much more cognizant of the foods that I eat. I eat so much more fruits and vegetables than I used to. It’s like after I stopped smoking, I’ve been obsessed with being healthy and taking my health as whole so much more seriously.

As I mentioned before, It’s been somewhat of a struggle to stop smoking and this bracelet would be another reminder of why I feel so great being healthy. Please pick me!

  • Alicia Parker

Trying to eat healthy food and find time to exercise, with the stresses of University, my upcoming volunteer trip to Africa, and working full time to pay for the two, is extremely difficult! I could use this bracelet to count the number of glasses of water I am having in a day, or the amount of exercise that I accomplish in a week. But, for now, I would use this bracelet to count the number of unhealthy things I am eating in a day. In such a busy day, it is easy to lose count of my slip ups, and I think that this would open my eyes to how much unhealthy food I am actually eating!

Also, this bracelet is a cute accessory for any outfit; I love it!

  • Maggie Marsh

I would use the bracelet as a reminder to keep count of my weight each month… it looks as though 12 embellishment are on the bracelet. This would help me to keep track of what else I need to do to get in gear and NOT sit by and give up on myself. (: definitely a must-have for me!

  • Madison Rogers

I truly believe that beauty starts with feeling healthy, confident, and secure. Personally, I do not feel these things unless I am eating nutritious conscious meals, staying hydrated, getting up and moving, spending some times outside, dancing, singing, laughing, jumping, and of course staying motivated to reach my personal goals; especially physical. I am very critical of my body. I always have been and I know first hand that that is not beauty and it is not happiness. I would use this health diary bracelet to serve as a symbol in my potential to feel beautiful. Since I cannot do that without all of the health/exercise factors listed above I feel like both would work hand-in-hand. So, every time I feel good about myself, or look at another female and don’t instantly compare everyone of her body parts too mine, or don’t say in my head “”your thighs are too big in those jeans”” or “”just give in because THIS is your best and all you’re capable of,”” a bead is going over to the other side. Happiness is key; but working at it, consciously and daily, is the only way to get there. This bracelet will represent that J

  • A.Hanson

I would use the bracelet to count the number of times I had enough willpower to choose a healthy snack versus an unhealthy one

  • Keri Logan

My health goal is to work out more and become more toned so I would count going to the gym everyday.

  • Malia Cramer

I would count glasses of water, fruits and veggies!

  • Staci Clark

I would use this bracelet to remind me to compliments and spread happiness around me. What’s healthier than putting positivity and happiness out into the world. Every bead would be a reminder to say something nice or do a kind deed every day.

  • Adriana Lopez

I just started exercising today , and eating better . I’m trying to lose 2O-3O pounds (: .

This looks like a cute , fashionable way to remind myself to stay on track .

I would absolutely love this Lauren <3 .

  • Melanie Meisner

I’d count the number of times I make a PR while running!

  • Katherine Yeh

My best friend and I made a promise to each other to keep each other in shape and most importantly, healthy. She’s a nursing major and I’m currently working towards a nutritional science major and in both our dream careers, we want to be able to be living examples that being healthy is a lifestyle that is worth it and anyone can do it, no matter how busy you are! This December we’ve signed up to be in a 16 K run. I would use this bracelet to track each mile that i run. With each week, I want to be able to run a mile more than I did the last week, so that I can work up to being able to run a 16 K and hopefully a marathon in the future. This bracelet would help me focus on being healthy in the midst of the busy schedule I have of being a university student with a double science major, chemistry minor, and a spanish minor, as well as a tutor and nanny.

  • Julie Laba

I would use the beads to record workouts on a weekly basis. I need to motivate myself to get back on a regular schedule, and seeing the beads is such a helpful reminder. Great idea, a motivator, and fashionable! My health goal is to get back in shape and lose 10 pounds. I was on a great track earlier this year and lost 10 pounds of a hopeful 20, but life got in the way and I gained 5 back. I want to get back to feeling great inside and out, and more than losing the weight I want to feel healthy and glowy!

  • Meredith Bryans

I would use it to track my mileage runs completed towards my training for my first half marathon in December!

  • Rachel Davidson

I love the idea of these bracelets! I would use mine to count the amount of glasses of water I drink in a day(I never drink enough!), and how many times I go to the gym a week(I really need to go more than I do, which is like once a week if I’m lucky), and to try and get myself to eat more fruits and veggies! I’m not unhealthy, but I could definately use a reminder to do better and I think seeing a bracelet every time I look at my arm would help!! :D

  • Haley Nagle

I make it to the gym almost everyday but it is the little things that I often forget that in the end makes a HUGE different when it comes to living a healthy and happy life. I would use this amazing bracelet to remember to take my vitamins, drink more water and walk all of those darn stairs up to my apartment. :)

  • Becca Lynn

I do NOT drink enough water. Anyone who knows me well knows that I get dehydrated a lot. It really sucks to want to go out with my friends and family and have to sit down all the time because I get dizzy from not remembering to drink enough water. I really want to win this bracelet so I can count all the glasses of water I drink during the day. Its a very cute bracelet so it would make my water drinking goal fun(:

  • Elizabeth West

I would use this bracelet to remnind myself to eat healthy and stay active! Each bead would stand for something healthy I would need to do in the day, for example, workout, eat veggies, go on a walk, etc. This bracelet would be an awesome reminder to stay healthy and be active, and there’s nothing better than looking cute while doing that :)

  • Margaret Scranton

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes a year and half ago and I would use the bracelet to count down my weight loss to a healthy sugar level.

  • Nicole Wyatt

After gaining quite a bit of wait this past few years, I really got the mindset that I need to be more healthy. I have completely changed my eating habits, I am now vegitiarian, and I work out as much as I can. This bracelet will help to set future goals for me. It will help keep me on track with going to the gym and maybe even for a weight loss goal.

  • lesley

I would use this bracelet to help me remember to stretch before exercising so I don’t injure myself again! It’s also a really cute accessory to have on the wrist!

  • Joyce Chang

I would use the Count Me Healthy bracelet to count how many cups of water I drink daily. I am absolutely horrible at this. Some days I only drink 1 glass of water but I have recently started to drink more water. I bought a 1 liter water bottle to help me but it’s still not enough! The bracelet will help me remember how much I drank and also motivate me to drink more water!

  • Sarah Gagne

This bracelet is such a great idea! Since there are 12 beads I would use 6 of the beads to count the number of workouts I have and the other 6 beads to count the number of days I’ve done my best to eat healthfully. It’s a small reminder each day for me to do my best to keep a healthy lifestyle. Of course, this bracelet is so cute and simple, it’s perfect to wear everyday with any kind of outfit. I would use it as a simple but chic bracelet or stacked with a bunch of other bangles as well.

  • bhaveesha siyani

My health goal has been to lose weight, so I would use the Count Me healthy bracelet to keep tally of whenever I exercise & I would move back a bead whenever I indulged in something unhealthy that undid my exercise so I would know the balance of my caloric intake vs. burned ;)

    Liked LC on fb.

  • Kasey Price

The idea for this bracelet is AMAZING! This summer I have been trying to work on becoming an all around healthier person but sometimes fall off the wagon or forget to do some of the essential things that are required when getting healthy. One of my main goals is to drink more water (this is the easiest goal to forget with my hectic life), sticking to going to the gym 5 times a week, yoga or stretching every day to keep my muscles loose and flexible, and kepping a well balanced diet. I would love to win this bracelet!!

  • Dani

This Bracelet is sooo pretty<3 I would use it to remind me to work out to help me lose 5 pounds!

  • KML04

The braclet is such a great idea! It will inspire me to achieve my goal of weight loss. I have recently joined Weight Watchers to lose weight, but also become healthier and a smart eater. At the meetings, they explain that you should have an “”anchor.”” This means an object that can get you to where you want to be goal wise. This braclet seems like a great idea to be “”my anchor.”” It will help me stay on the right track and I will feel rewarded when I can move a bead over. If I am chosen to get the braclet than I will move a bead over for every 2 or 5 lbs I lose. Eventually allowing me to reach my goal.

  • Kristina Jones

The beads will be a great reminder to drink the recommended 8 glasses of water, and also to eat my fruits and veggies. Like you and mostly everyone else, I get busy with work and forget to stay hydrated. The bracelet will help form great eating and drinking habits.

  • HNew

I love the idea of this bracelet! I’ve lost most of the weight that I had set out to lose and this bracelet will keep me on track. I want to continue to reward myself for eating healthy and and working out. Again I really love the idea of the beads!

  • Taylor Bonar

I would probably count my water consumption, even though water is all I drink and I know I drink enough…I passed out from dehydration a week ago bcuz my body was workin overtime to fight an infection. Now I’m even more conscientious of it than I already was! These bracelets are extremely clever!

  • bluebirdbetty

I would use my bracelet to count how many servings of vegetables and fruit I eat a day. I’m taking a nutrition class and I definitely do not eat enough. I’m trying to change my diet and be healthy. I also want to inspire my mom to eat right because she has high cholesterol.

  • Jessica Ye

I’d be counting the days I go with eating healthy meals and doing exercices, for everypound i lose. I’d also like to count the days i go without smoking. I think by wearing this bracelet and seeing it would remind me of my goals and motivate me .

  • Lauren Lappinga

I think this is such a great idea that will help motivate people of all shapes and sizes to always make healthy decisions. If I had this bracelet, I would use each bead to remind myself to do what is right for my body (i.e. eat more fruits and veggies, stay hydrated, take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk places instead of drive, etc.). Diabetes runs in my family, so I am constantly trying to remind myself to do what is right for my body, even though it isn’t always easy. I just recently moved to San Diego, which is far away from my family. It’s definitely harder to motivate myself on my own! This bracelet would be such a great way to remind myself all throughout the day to make the right choices that will ultimately lead to a healthier lifestyle.

  • Taina Oliveira

Not only is this bracelet such a good idea, but it looks awesome too!

My health goal with this bracelet would be to go to the gym at least 5 times a week, and when im not there, do simple and easy workout at home! just as long as im always active

    :)

  • Nikala Wickstrom

Right now my mom, sister and I are training for a half-marathon (my first!) and I would wear this bracelet with pride each time I could count another mile farther.

  • Asha Clark

instead of relating this health bracelet to physical reasons, I would chose to use this bracelet as a reminder that emotional heath is just as important (if not more important) than physical heath. Being a young 19 year old girl, fresh out of a 4.5 year relationship, I would use this bracelet to remind me that it is okay to be single for the first time of my teenage life, and to embrace my “”lonliness”” and not let my sadness get the best of me. Thanks Lauren!

  • Cynthia Garcia

The bracelet is beautiful! My health goal is to lose 15 pounds, the healthy way; by eating right and working out.

  • Kayla Tracy

The bracelet is absolutely adorable and I love the meaning of it. I just recently ordered Insanity workout videos and plan to start next week so I would use the bracelet as a reminder of my completion of each day/week successfully. Also the bracelet would be a great way to show my committment to ending each and every one of my days with a good workout( no matter how short or long) and lots of water.

  • Teara Anderson

My goal would be to lose the 50 pounds of baby weight from my two beauitful sons.

  • Kendall Messer

I LOVE this idea!! I am all about losing weight the healthy way and becoming toned, not just being “”skinny””. I would use this for water consumption and also exercising at least 5 days a week. I try to drink enough water but i either lose count or i just end up not drinking enough. This would be a great way to be reminded! :)

  • eam0812

I’m so glad that I found out about this idea- it’s such a great (and cute) way to have a constant reminder of a goal! My goal is to do 100 crunches before I go to bed every night.

  • Nicole MacKenzie

they’re so adorable and a great motivation tool….I was involved in a car accident and as a result had to get my hip replaced…After some extensive physical therapy, I’m ready to start to try running again. I would use the bracelet to track my progress and to motivate me to make it to a full sprint and reach my short term goal of at least runnin a mile again.

  • Sundul Ahmed

I plan to lose 10 pounds before senior year this fall :) this bracelet would keep me motivated and would be a fun way to track my progress :)

  • Michele Lockwood

I would count the number of new things I want to try doing like trying a 5k or a Zumba class. I recently went under a huge change losing 65 pounds, the right way I worked out and ate right instead of trying some fad diet or anything like that, so I would also use it to count the things I am proud of myself for doing.

  • Jennifer Wykle

My health goal is to maintain the 35 lbs. I lost this year! I plan to use the bracelet to count my healthy eating choices and exercise.

    :-)

  • chloe frew

I love this. Its is like the old fashion tying the string around your finger to help you remember why you’re eating healthy. Except, its way cuter. I would also use this to hydrate. I try so hard to remember to hydrate. As a proud bikini bootcamper, I try to remember to drink a glass of water every hour, but I often forget. If this bracelet was on my wrist every time I looked at it I’d think, “”Cold glass of water now.”” Even though thats 30 seconds out of my day, it’d make a huge difference.

  • Sunny

This is such a great idea! I too, struggle with drinking enough water as well as getting in all my workouts, so I think I would use the bracelet for either one of those options.

  • Rachel Tang

I love the bracelet! My health goal is to run 5 times a week! The bracelet would count how many times I’ve ran that day

  • sher

This bracelet is such an awesome idea so I can count how many glasses of water I need to drink in a day and my health goal is to eat healthy and continue running.

  • Patty Minichiello

This is the chicest way to stay healthy and show it! Such a great idea. I would use it to track how many times I go to the gym each week. I started going in March just to get healthy for a May wedding in Cabo, but I’ve gotten so addicted to how how wonderful working out feels that I still go more often than I thought! It gets harder to be motivated though, and this bracelet would be an excellent resource!

  • Sarah Cortazzo

I wouls start small with counting the times I drink a glass of water or go to the gym a week. Then I’d move on to counting every ten lbs I lose since my goal is 60. Wish me luck! :)

  • Alexandra Gibbs

It would help to keep me motivated, because it is pretty and chic. I would use it to track how many workouts i do each week, and so i can stay hydrated. My goal is to stay toned and fit, and to take care of my body by nourishing it becasue to me, i treat my body like a temple, no chemicals or junk. This breacelet would make my determination to stay healthy and fit in check!

  • Steffi von der Preuss

I want to lose some weight, eat healthy and get in shape. That’s my health goal. Just to be happy with myself.

  • Aimee Major

love the bracelet , well im currently recovering from a breakdown but doing very well id use the bracelet to count my healthy months and hope i dont move the beads back lol :) my goal is to just feel happy and brain healthy :)

  • Dachon Dean

I absolutly loooovvveee this bracelt. I would use this bracelet to keep track of how much water I drink and active I am each day.

  • mirela stefan

gorgeous bracelet! i would use it to remind myself not to eat so many unhealthy snacks and to eat the right ones.

  • Amelia McDonald-Nairn

What a great idea!! My goal is to eat at least 5 fruit and vegetables in a day, I am super slack at eating my fruit and veges. This is the year of change for me. What a great idea to keep you motivated :) would love this

  • Thuy Ly

I love that this bracelet is cute and it helps motivate people to be healthier. I would use it to make sure that I exercise at least 5 times a week and drink enough water throughout the day. I think this is a great way for people to keep track of health goals that they want to achieve. Since everyone has goals that they want to reach, i think the hardest part is remembering to do it or finding time to do it.

  • TheTummyHoney

I am running my first triathalon in September and this would be the perfect way to celebrate the achievement – as well as motivate me to complete more outdoor challenges in the future! Tough Mudder 2013 anyone???

  • Ria Sappal

This is such a cute idea! It’s a great way to keep women motivated, stylishly. If I had one of these bracelets, i would use it mark 60 minutes of exercise everyday. This would be Perfect for my needs because I already eat very healthy, I just need to get more active :) This bracelete could help a lot because I would look at the bracelete a lot and be reminded to exercise.

  • bell

first of all thanks for the giveaway, i would like to drink more water because i dont drink enough and its effects my skin and lips. also, i would use it to exercise more,

  • Pressilla van der Poel

I love it! Such an amazing idea!

I count on the bracelet. I want to get more condition. I just stopped smoking, so I really need that! So I want to go to the gym 3 times a week, drink more water (7 to 8 glasses a day) NEVER SMOKE A CIGARETTE AGAIN, eat more vegetables, and go to bed earlier…

I hope I can do this!

  • Elizabeth Harrison

Great idea! I would use as a reminder to drink MORE water and eat MORE fiber throughout the day!

  • aiki niinemets

Heey , it will remind me to be myself and don’t be anyone else and also to be athletic and healthy .

  • Juul

Love it! They will remind me that there is more food then only candy and fastfood. That I have to look in the future what is best for me!

  • Melissa Venditti Sackman

Such a neat idea and so pretty. I have been trying to drink more water during the day. This would be such a fun way to track!

  • Madeline Buckley

I’m getting ready to hike the end of the Appalachian Trail in August and this is a perfect way to stay motivated. I absolutely love the idea behind these bracelets! It would definitely help anyone stay focused on their fitness goals!

  • Rosa Zoraida Carrion Garma

I’m from Lima, PERU. It will remind me that It’s important laugh and be optimistic all day. Pleasee, I want to win it!!!!

  • Julianne Larkin

Recently I just lost 20lbs in 5 months by eating healthy&going to the gym 5xs a week. With this bracelet I could reward myself for such a great job done while also reminding myself to keep up the good work!

  • Pauline FRANCOIS

I would need 2 ! One to count eating vegetables and fruit each day, and another one to count my workout routine 5 days a week :)

  • Lee Simms

This bracelet is the perfect combination of beautiful and practical! If I had a health diary bracelet, I would use the beads every time I encountered a negative thought and turned it into a positive one. Physical health is important, but its all tied in together with your mental health. For me, this bracelet would be a reminder to stay positive – and in turn help me to conquer any other health issues – because the best remedy for facing anything is a sunny attitude. :]

  • Rose Booth

I would use this bracelet for counting my water intake or for counting the number of small workouts I’ve done each week! I think things like this really help when it comes to motivating me to keep going with my new healthy lifestyle :) x

  • Catrina Lavoie

I like the water counting!! But maybe anytime I choose something healthy to eat(fruits, veggies, water) over junky food.

  • Melissa Thomas

EXERCISE! I am pretty good at watching what I eat and making healthier choices but I just really hate exercising! I would love to use this bracelet to count my exercises for the week and keep me motivated!

  • Alyssa Choraszewski

The Health Diary Bracelet would be so great for a mommy like me. My daughter is two now and for those whole two years I have struggled with depression about my body image. I am now starting to eat right, exercise daily and am beginning to utilize home remedies to get rid of stretch marks or relax. Being healthy is not just for me…it’s for my daughter too. I want her to be confident in her body and she must learn that from a mother that is also confident in her body. Love all of your tips, I think my husband gets annoyed sometimes because I talk about your page so much! :)

  • Rebecca

I have always been determined to get in great shape. But, everyday I would say to myself, aftering eating and ice cream or a pizza, that I would start tomorrow. I have always been a huge fan of yours since the first day of Laguana Beach, and once I found this site I found your binkini boot camp. Recently I have started partcipating in this and have already lost a few pounds. But some days I still can’t resist the temptations of sweets! They are definitly my weak spot. Wearing that bracelet would remind me everyday to stick to the program and to mantain this new healthy life style. For everyday or maybe every week I would would move a bead over to remind me that I’m doing something good and not to give up.

  • Kat Hargrove

I haven’t worked out in six years. In high school, I was a very active & skinny cheerleader. During college, all I did was eat crap food and drink alcohol. I have gained a total of 25 lbs. and I want to make a habit of getting back in the gym. I plan to use this bracelet as a constant reminder of where I am (and where I will be).

  • Dani English

I love the idea! It is simple and stylish! I would count how many days a week I work out, my goal is always 5, but sometimes I just get busy and lazy. A constant reminder on my wrist would definitely help motivate me!

  • Emily Cole

I love this idea. I would probably use it to count how often I work out in a week. But if I won this bracelet I would give it to my mom. She is currently trying to get in shape and I think this bracelet would help her out a lot, give her that extra motivation she’s been looking for.

  • Sarah Lucas

I love this- what a great idea to combine health and style!! I’m going to count how much water I drink a day also but I’d also like to add multivitamins to my diet on a regular basis and I think this bracelet would remind me to continue with it. Hope I win! :)

  • Hannah Lang

One of my health goals would be to go to an event (like a summer BBQ) and focus more on the people than the hamburgers…

  • Megan Babin

I ride my bike to work and to run my errands every single day. This started about a week ago and I am loving it. I am already an avid walker and I love water so thats my go to drink everyday all day. But…..I have a junk food weakness that I just can’t break away from, so I would definitely use this bracelet for when I eat something healthy and it would remind me to go for an apple or carrot instead of a bag of chips or a candybar. My goal is to not only look good, but also feel good inside and out. I just turned 28 last monday and that gave me the blues :/, but I decided if I am healthy and happy in life, than age is just a number.

  • ryantread

Great idea!! I also need to work on hydrating myself. I could use it to count the glasses of water I drink each day. Or use it for how many times a week I work out (which I’m slacking). Love, love this idea and what a stylish way to remind yourself to me healthy!

  • Leah Richards

i will count every day i work out on this bracelet. i’ve been trying to work out at least 5 days a week, and the bracelet would be a great motivator!

  • Heidi Schertzer

Absolutely love the bracelet. Every year I say I want to lose 10. Every year I come close, then become unmotivated. A reminder on my wrist would help me to stay focused and know I can do it!

  • K H

My goal is to really just become more healthy. So for each healthy act I do I would move a bead. Whether it’s exercising, stretching, yoga, walking, or having an apple instead of a cupcake.

  • Mary Kay Holland

I have been trying to work hard at healthy eating and exercise and this would be a great addition for motivation. But I’d have to say after looking at the product adn the site and seeing all the great things it could be used for…I’d most likely use one for prayer. Or for everytime one of my children does someting that makes me extra thankful for them, I can move one over..that way when i’m feeling particularly stressed with any (of all) of them, I Can look down and see how blessed I really am.

  • Laura Podsiadlo

These bracelets are awesome. I would definitely use my bracelet to keep me in check with my eating. This whole summer I have been trying to eat healthier and loose weight. I want to loose weight but I want to do it healthy and I would utilize the bracelet to do so. I have struggled a lot and recently have had some problems pushing forward. I think that this bracelet would be a reminder of how far I have come and how far I still have to go. It would remind me to continue down my healthy path and not look back but push forward to achieve my goals.

  • grata christine

i would count how many chinups i can do in a row after not being able to do any!! Love you Lauren!!

  • JamieLove

I have some health issues and my husband and I have been trying for 3 years to have a baby, with 7 miscarriages i think this braclet will help me stay on track and work towards my goal. I like to have a reminder and think this would really help.

  • Lois Collins

My sister is getting married this time next year and we’ve been working on slimming down and toning up for the big day. I would love to help make this experience with her as motivatingly fashionable as possible using the bracelet for our yoga milestones and to create more consistancy with our intake of raw non-processed foods.

  • Reyna Irish

I have been struggling with an eating disorder since I was 12 years old. For the past two years, I have managed to get it under control with help of my mother and loving husband who has supported me through some of my toughest days. In a month, I will be going away for one year to complete my last year of internship for my PhD. I will be away from my family, friends and husband. When I saw this on your website it reminded me of something my therapist was asking me to find to help me through each week, something to keep track of days that I do not binge and treat my body in a healthy way. Not only is it very simple, but it very pretty and functional. No one would know that I was keeping track of my “”good days””, only I would and it would help me see the progress I have made, because sometimes it’s hard to see.

  • pat beane

I am a 68 year old diabetic and would love one of the bracelet’s to count my carbs during the day. It would help me lose weight and get healthier. It would make my life simple since all i would have to do is move a bead for each carb i consume. The bracelet is a wonderful idea and i’m sure it will help whoever wins.

  • Jillian Estabrook

I’d use it to track the servings of veggies i have each day – they are so yummy and also healthy – eating them is win win. the bracelet will ensure that i eat plenty!

  • Laura Flournoy

I absolutely love the idea behind these bracelets. My goal is to gain weight. I am underweight and don’t feel like my body is getting enough nutrients and food that it needs to maintain a healthy weight. Instead of eating junk to gain weight I would rather eat more fattening & protein packed foods like nuts, avocado, etc. This bracelet would be a wonderful reminder to feed and nourish my body with the foods it needs to be a healthy weight.

  • Ester Paggi

    I thinks

  • Ester Paggi

Lots of love from Italy <3

  • Megan M

I am 29 and I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at 25. I would use the bracelet to keep track of all the meds I have to take everyday and working out a few times a week because sometimes I have too much pain to work out but it’s important so I need to push myself to do it. Plus I don’t know if that bracelete is made of that metal that is supposed to be healing, but that would be a bonus if it is because I could use it! I’m trying to stay off the injection meds because I want to have children, but until I have children that means more pain unfortunately.

  • Kelley M

I love the idea of this bracelet. I would use it to keep track of my water intake.

    TY

I would love to add this bracelet to my routine! ♥

  • Linda Sung

This is such an awesome idea. I’d use it to keep track of my water intake as well. I use a mobile app right now, but sometimes it’s a hassle to log in each time just to enter it in cause I don’t have service, etc. And it’ll be a great addition to the daily arm candy :)

  • Melissa Smith

I would use it as a reminder of the goal my husband & I have together to have a child! :) I have to take meds daily for this goal and my other goal, a goal for many others as well, is to lose weight & become more healthy conscious so I can be around a lot longer to watch our main “”goal”” grow! Thanks! Good luck all!

  • Shannon Karpinski

Hey Lauren! I would use this bracelet to remind myself to take a breath and to take time for myself to de-stress each day. I know this isn’t much of a physical health goal, but I believe taking time to de-stress everyday is extremely important to mental health which can carry over physically!

  • Nina Leung

I’d love to use the bracelet to help me focus on how to be more zen and to remember to get more sleep! I usually let my thoughts and worries take over my brain at the end of my day and I end up getting quite a small amount of sleep but this would be an amazing incentive to encourage me to get more sleep :) Thanks for holding the contest!

    Cheers, Nina

  • Victoria Simpson

I would like to use the bracelet as a constant reminder that I can do it – somedays are tough to have the motivation to work out, or be healthy, and instead of giving up – I’d look at the bracelet and remind myself that I can do it, that I have the energy to be healthy and make smart choices for myself!

  • Victoria Pickney

My health goal is to lose weight in a healthy weight, meaning not eating less than 1000 calories a day and working out.

The Health Diary Bracelets are such a creative tool for a healthy lifestyle, kudos to Count Me Healthy for such an innovating product! I personally need to become healthy in my eating routines. I sometimes lose sight of my health goals when a delicious cheeseburger is in front of me prancing around. These bracelets are very chic while a subtle healthy reminder that will definitely keep me in check next time I come face to face with the cheeseburger monster.

  • sandra pahua

  • Kristy

I would count each day my mom is able to live happily and strong. My mom has lupus and kidney disease and is on dialysis three days a week. My health goal is to become healthy enough so that I can donate my kidney to her. My mom is my angel and after almost loosing her once I will do anything to keep her here so we can grow older together. She’s my best friend and I’ll do anything to help her. My mom currently will not accept my kidney because she is afraid I will get ill in the future and that I will need my second kidney. That is why I want to become as healthy as possible to prevent myself from getting ill.

    —Kristy :)

  • Kristina Faust

I would use the bracelet to help motivate me to cut back on eating sweets including no soda. I want to make this a life style change so I would never say never, but to cut back and for it to not be a regular occurance. I think the bracelet would be a good motivator in acheiving a healthier lifestyle in all aspects of my life.

  • Sabrina Clifton

I love these! They are so cute!!!! I definitely would love them for motivation. I think any little motivation is positive when you’re trying to get healthy. I would use mine to mark that I’ve worked out. I find eating healthy isn’t always the hard part, it’s fitting in a good work out and finding the motivation to do so. I’m not a runner, but I’m trying to train to jog my first 5K this summer. We’ll see if I get there :)

But these are super adorable! Definitely a great accessory

  • Ali

I am a teacher and am often so busy I don’t drink enough water. I would use this bracelet to count the number of glasses of water I drink each day to make sure that I get enough! What a great way to remember I’m getting enough water!

  • Hanns_94

As of right now I am currently battling an eating disorder (anorexia) so this bracelet would remind to keep fighting. That I am strong enough to win this battle and regain my life back. To never lose hope and that i will be healthy again. I go to treatment next week for probably 6 weeks, and hopefully I will come out a stronger, healthier me. So this bracelet would remind to stay in line so I dont relapse after I get out.

  • Deirdre Uria

This is a great idea! I would use the bracelet to finally help me lose the last 10 pounds that have been hard to budge since losing 60 in the last year. Each bead would represent a pound lost, but the last two beads would have to stand for two pounds each. Thanks for the opportunity to win. XO

  • Paula Calvez

I would use this bracelet as a reminder to eat healthier and reach my fitness goals. This includes being able to run a 5K and making sure that I get enough veggie and fruit servings. But more importantly it’s a reminder to not go back to my unhealthy habits.

  • McKinzie Hopkins

I would use it to count my water intake during the day. I never really get thirsty after my morning coffee and have found I can go a full day without even thinking of water. This would be a constant reminder to drink up!

  • Flavia Roque

Wearing a cute bracelet like this doesn’t need a reason, but when it has is just way more fun… I’ve been really trying to eat healthy not to loose weight just to make sure that my body stays health and doing fun outside exercise like hiking and riding a bike… I love outsides activites, with a blue and sunny sky … its just the best !

A nice thing about this bracelet is, every time I look at it, I’ll remerber to keep me healthy ;)

  • Kym Ducharme

I would use a bracelet to count how many times a week I work out, or maybe even to mark off every few pounds I loose? I’m trying to drop 20 lbs of baby weight by September.

  • Kerry Song

This bracelet would be a constant reminder for me to exercise about forty-five minutes daily – to make sure I break sweat and stay active. This bracelet would also help motivate me to go to yoga and pilates thrice a week! Thank you for giving us this oppurtunity to win an amazing motivational piece of jewelry!

  • Fiona O

  • Tiffany Richardson

If I was the lucky winner to receive the “”Count me healthy”” bracelet, I would use it to remind me of the days I go without eating any Sugar, Flour or Wheat products. You see, my health goal is to stay away from these three ingredients because when I eat them, I lose control of the way I eat. As you can imagine, this is a very, VERY hard goal to stick to, but not impossible. It would be nice to look down at something pretty when I’m eating my healthy food and a nice reminder that food is to nourish my body not to entertain or cover my feelings. Thank you for the consideration! :)

  • Heather JH

I would use this braclet for every mile I ran!! These bracelets are such a cool way to keep track of your healthy accomplishments!!

  • Heather Meaux

I would use this bracelet to count how many times I eat fast food. My health goal is to eat at home and actually cook rather than eat out all the time. I have fallen into the horrible habit of always eating fast food and I think I’m really ready to stop so I think this bracelet would help jump start that goal because seeing how many times I actually eat out may give me the reality check I need to change my eating habits. I have been wanting to buy these bracelets but they are a little out of my budget range so I hope I get lucky and win one!

  • Alicia k

I would count all the times I went to the gym that week and also everytime I wanted an unhealthy snack but instead substituted it for a much healthier snack. This would really help me keep track of my healthy eating and how often I really do exercise.

  • Amanda Tassler

I would count my water intake. I get busy at work sometimes and forget to drink water. I am trying to loose the rest of my pregnancy weight gain.

  • carolyn moss

i would love the concept of this bracelet. this bracelet can be helpful to me in many ways. one would be monitoring my diet, two remembering to hydrate, and thirdly, taking meds. i am a cancer survivor and all of these issues can be overwhelming at times, i can barely remember what i had to eat last night, lol.

    thank you for the opportunity.

It is so easy for my exercise routine to become mundane; yoga/cardio/strength training and repeat… This bracelet would help me set new goals, get excited to further my routine and help me to push myself even harder. Having a physical(and super cute!) reminder when I look at my wrist would be just what I need to keep me on the right track of bettering myself each and every day.

  • Shawn Donoghue

I can’t decide if I would use it for water or as a work-out counter, but definitely one or the other. Or maybe just get more than one! :)

  • schlumpfxx

I probably should also focus on body shaping or loosing weight after seeing my vacation photos. But last week on my trip to Spain, there was this guy at the street who just told me that I had an adorable smile. He really made my day :) So I suppose I would use this cute bracelet to count how often I am amiable towards a stranger.

  • schlumpfxx

Because beeing happy really is healthy ;)

  • Claire Elizabeth

This bracelet makes being fit & healthy stylish & chic! :)

I love the idea and I would definitely use it to count how much water I drink in a day, how many Zumba classes I go to in a week, and how many days I’m strong enough to skip dessert! It would definitely make being healthy even more fun, less easy to forget about, and you could share these bracelets with friends & compare how many beads everyone has moved over for even more motivation!!

  • Kaia Bartling

I would use this to count my water intake though out the days, and my healthy goal is to drink more water and eat more greens :)

  • Amandeep Atwal

I have been following you bikini boot camp ever since you first posted about it. My goal has been to lose nearly 30 pounds and become a healthy weight. I have been overweight my whole life and I finally think it’s time to make a change. This bracelet is will give me a lot of motivation! :)

I want to use it for my water count. And also, keep track of how many little exercises I do during my breaks at work. It would help as a reminder to break up sitting at my desk all day :)

  • marisa brewster

I’d use it to count every day that went by when I ate actual full meals all three times per day. Rarely do I ever eat more than an actual meal in a day and it’s effected my health immensely. My goal is to get that done and be healthier, including putting a little more weight on as well. I want to consume foods that make me feel great everyday.

  • Chastity Martin

I’m not the best when it comes to drinking water. Even tho I know all the benefits of this beverage, I just can’t get past the blandness. I do try to drink it during the day at work, maybe having something like this where I could make a game of it and “”see results”” will get me to drink. :)

  • Rachel B

I love the idea of using to count water intake so I would definitely use it for that because I can never remember!

  • stephanie couch

a bead moved for each good thing I do for my body during the day…and a bead returned for the bad things. ie. Tea instead of coffee, move bead over…mid-morning cupcake move the bead back. My goal is to end each day with all of the beads moved over. I think this will help me put in the good and keep out the bad!

  • Kitty Orman

I definitely would count the amount of water I drink, daily. That’s something I need to do more of & need.

  • Lauren Whalley

I would put getting in an exercise routine, stop biting my nails, and to stop drinking soda! (:

  • Shelby Janowski

I recently started doing the insanity workout program and jogging everyday for 60 days. I would count the days of my training with this bracelet! My health goal is to become more lean and toned, and also to become better hydrated!

  • courtney nicholson

I really love this idea! Due to my son’s father’s unexpected, tragic death, I am having extreme regrets for things I never told him and how I treated him in his last few months. Because of all of this I am finding it very hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I do not sleep at night, maybe 2 or 3 hours a night and definitely do not concern myself anymore with staying hydrated or making sure I eat right. I think this bracelet would help remind me everyday that even though I’m sad, I need to continue to take care of myself. I would watch my soda intake (in hopes I would sleep better at night), excercise daily whether it’s walking a mile or doing 100 jumping jacks.. anything to start feeling better about myself.

Thank you so much, I really do think having one of these would help remind me to try everyday and continue to love myself even with all of this depression and guilt. If I don’t win I’ll probably end up buying one if I can!

  • Kaitlin Hubbard

My health goal is to lose around 45 pounds, and just become stronger and more healthy overall! :)

  • Jayme Norum

These are so cute looking and a cute idea! I would use mine to keep track of healthy things I do each day… A main one being to drink more WATER! I am so bad about drinking coffee, or diet soda, or anything but regular water. I would also maybe use it to keep track of fruits and veggies that I eat each day.

  • Kim Newton

I need to work on drinking less soda and drinking more tea and water. I also have a big sweet tooth. I need to eat healthier foods rather than just sweets.

  • Stephanie Lockwood

I would use it to help me stop picking at my face. Gross, I know, but i really need something to remind me not to touch my face so that my acne can heal!

  • Bethy

I would use it to help remember to go to my yoga class. I’m just learning but I’m not flexible at all so I tend to want to skip it. As it was a doctor’s recommendation I need to do it but I tend to flake. Having this to keep myself accountable would defintely work. Plus it’s gorgeous!

  • lacy bailey

I have started my diet/healthy/get my butt in gear summer…a little late I know!!! However, better late that never! I am a mom of 2 little girls, a wife, and work full time!! This would be a great item to have day in and day out to remind me to make those great choices and count the pounds off!!! It would also be great because its from you LC :) and I am a huge fan of you, your clothes, your career, etc. Thanks again for all of the great give aways!!–LACY

  • Alexandra Huber

I would definitly use this bracelet as inspiriation to start counting my intake of carbs throughout the day. I have an issue with the way my body rejects insulin so my doctor says that if I don’t closely monator the amount of carbs I eat throughout the day a will have the chance of getting diabetes. Its hard to constantly remember to count carbs, but I think this braclet would be a positive and helpful reminder that I need to do it for my health.

  • Ashley

I would use the bracelet for two purposes. I promised my boyfriend to quit smoking on our anniversary in August. It would stand as a reminder of the promise I had made to him both for my health and for our relationship, and to count the weeks I had made it smoke-free. xo

  • Kelby Poston

What an awesome idea (and adorable)! Funny thing is, I think this blog was meant for me! I just recently started working out, eating healthier, and drinking, not just 8 glasses of water a day, but a gallon a day! This would definately help me keep motivated! My main goal is to transform my body :)

  • Charmaine Dela Gente

I would definitely count how many glasses of water I drink each day. I have a hard time drinking enough water. I rarely get thirsty and water is… water. I am currently on a great workout plan and I’m still working up to my 64 oz. of water daily!

  • Daniella Colella

I would use my bracelet to count my work outs through the week, it’s realy hard to get motivated when it is so hot when my boyfriend and I go to Greece for the summer! I’d also use it for water in take, I NEED to drink more water, especially as we are in over 112 farenheit everyday! Thank Lauren, you have so many great tips! :)

  • Liza Angel

I would use my bracelet to count my cardio workouts for the week. My health goal is not to get to a certain weight, but to feel healthier and stronger for the rest of my life.

  • Sharon Rickards

I would use the bracelet as a daily reminder as to how far I have come with my weight loss and to keep the journey going. Also, I would use it as my water tracker during the day as I aim for a gallon of water a day!

  • nacona shanae

Hey pretty lady!! Thank you for always sharing your spectacular finds!! I was in a car accident 3 1/2 years ago and put on 40lbs. I am finally back in the gym and down 17lbs but I seem to have plateaud….very frustrating but I think this pretty little piece would be such an inspiration. I would use it to track every 5 lb loss. I think it would be perfect to see my progress on a daily basis. What a motivating little tool and a beautiful way to keep ones self focused on the goal!! Once again thank you for sharing your lovely little finds!!

  • Katie Ness

Throughout my 22 years I have always been an athlete in the pool so I have never given much thought about what I was eating. Now that I have recently graduated from college, and am no longer participating in sports, my eating habits need to change. Since there are 12 beads on the braclet, I would use it to remind myself of what I should be putting in my body on a daily basis: 8 glasses of water and 4 reasonably proportioned meals. My goal is to stay healthy!

  • Maghan Croxton

This is an original idea! Love it! I would count my sets of sit-ups. Every day i try to do as many different sit-ups in sets of 10. this could help me reach 120 sit-ups a day. I started doing them with the bikini boot camp and now i am completly obcessed with sit-up and they way it makes my abdomen look and feel!

  • Christine Stirrat

I’d count my work out schedule. I have a tendency to be a little lazy about working out. This bracelet would help me keep my goal…And it would look pretty on my wrist too haha

  • Jess Smith

I would use my bracelet to count how many times I make the right, healthy decision throughout the day. It will help me be aware of what I’m about to eat! One unhealthy meal could ruin what you’ve worked for that whole day, so my reward would be a healthy dessert :-)

  • Jeanine Shimer

I used to be an avid exerciser (is that a word?!), pilates was my favorite, and I it four times a week with yoga mixed in on the days I didn’t do pilates. I was even about to begin training to become a pliates instructor when I found out I was pregnant with my beautiful daughter. A few months into my pregnancy I had some complications and my midwife told me to stop with the pilates. Then two weeks after I got back from my maternity leave I got laid off from my design job…long story short, I am now a stay at home mom and it is four years later and I still haven’t lost that last 15 pounds. I have been trying really hard to stop with the snacking (which is hard with a 4 year old who eats non-stop!) and fit my workouts into a busy days. I would use the bracelet to track a couple of things I think, I think I could use it to track my diet and exercise on a daily basis. It is so pretty and useful! Please pick me!!

  • Analu Pinto

Hi Lauren, I would love to win this bracelet because i have actually been trying to lose weight for a while now and lately i have incorporated healthy eating and working out into my daily routine. I have seen a few results now but i still have a long way to go. With this bracelet, i would count the goals i achieve every week by losing a certain amount of pounds i have already stablished. Aside from that, i just love the bracelet and think it’s really cute :) thanks!! xoxo

  • mreeves

  • laura fratoni

This is such an awesome idea and i think its great that your doing this giveaway! When i was younger i was a heavy girl and one day i decided that i had enough and i worked really hard i changed my whole lifestyle and i lost 90lbs! Then last year i was diagnosed with lupus and started having seizures all at the same time. Due to the lupus and all the medication im on its made me gain alot of weight. It took me awhile but i started working out again even though having lupus is so very painful on my bones, its hard getting out of bed somedays the pain gets that bad. But i know i have to to better my life and my health and i think this bracelet is a great motivator and nice reward and i know that if i won it everytime i looked at it it would remind me of all the good decsions that i made to make myself become a healthy happy person again : )

  • Ariel Cruz

I would count how many healthy decisions I make through out the day. Instead of eating a burger for lunch go for a chicken ceasar salad or instead of snacking on candy go for some fruit. Simple decisions like these change my life in the long run.

  • Abigail Young

For my Barcelet I would reset it everyday. But I wouldn’t just count good health decisions I would also count good deads, such as opening the door for someone, making someone smile when it looks like their having a rough day. I would also use it to count how many times i said no to smoking a cigarette. I would use one of these gorgeous bracelets as a reminder to help better myself not only on the outside but on the inside. My goal is to quit smoking, enjoy working out, and each day brighten someone elses.

  • Grayce Y

I would use my bracelet to count how many time I make a healthy choice over a unhealthy choice. This could be waking up early to go swimming rather than sleeping in, greek yogurt instead of ben and jerry’s… and my count would “”reset”” everyday. This would challenge me to make 10 healthy choices a day!

  • Frannie

I would count my glasses of water intake for each day. I’ve been awfull about drinking water. I live in a desert climate and need to be more mindful of my body. I started working out again and I start each with yoga. Drinking hot green tea three times a day and just learning to love myself again. No one is going to take care of your body but you. : )

  • ANGELA CORSOLINI

Hi Lauren! I would love this bracelet because at this time I am training for my first half marathon and I am going to start running before work and would love to keep track of the mornings I pull myself out of bed for a good run…It would be motivational viewing my bracelet at the end of each week knowing I am accomplishing my next goal in life!

  • Lauren Conrad

With the count me healthy bracelet, I would easily have the opportunity to count how many times I strech in a day, helping me to reach my desired flexibility. I have been training for a very long time, and I really want to training to pay off! And I am a fashionista, so I love adding new jewelry to my collection! :)

  • candice becker

I think this is such a fun concept and positive way to look at being healthy! I have a food and fitness blog where I constantly get questions about goal setting, as well as a circle of girlfriends that i talk with constantly on eachothers ups and downs of working out, being healthy, stress etc.
I would use this workout to first help myself track progress. For each time I ate healthy and portion controlled my meal. For each time I gave my husband or someone near me a compliment, and/or for each time I said no to sweets (these are my biggest issues.)
Second, I’d tell everyone about it! I really love the idea of positive reinforcement, but never can keep a list, or check my phone in the moment I am about to make an unhealthy decision. Having such a cute bracelet on my wrist would give me the reminder I need to be a good example!

  • Anokhi Shah

love!! I will wearing with my watches as another accesorry!

  • FunnyFace

Most recently I have started to practice Yoga; however with a 3 year old, full time job, etc. it’s sometimes difficult to practice more than once a week. Although I try my best something comes up, I’d use this to help me to push myself to practice yoga more than once a week. (especially because it just feels amazing!) It would be nice to look at something everyday that’s giving me that extra push, sometimes that’s all you need!

  • Alyx Chapman

Now that. I am back from a semester in Italy, i am very aware of the extra lbs that’s loaded on. It’s swimsuit season and I am trying to eliminate my pasta pouch. I’d use this bracelet for not only a healthy tracking–food and exercising, but also the item to remind me when and I forgot and reward me when I succeed.

  • Connie Thornton

  • Katy Dunaway

I would count the pounds until I reach my goal weight!

  • Alexandria Newman

I am entering for the Diary Bracelet.

I think that is a great idea. I recently ran my first 5k and as a step up I joined a 1/2 Marathon Relay with my Boyfriend. I am considerably slower then him when we run and each day we try and increase our mileage. I would use the bracelet to count all the miles that I tack on to my run each week. For now it would be .5 miles each bead but I would hope to move them per mile in the near future.

THank you for introducing this idea to me. Even if I don’t win the giveaway I will purchase one to track my mileage.

I’ve started this 144 day fittness program and it requires me to go the the gym 5 times a week. It’s hard to get motivated some days to go, but having something to show me how im doing with my goal will really motivate me and start making going to the gym more of a fun activity than a hassle. :)

  • Kendra Sibirtzeff

This is definitely a great idea. Who knew something so simple (& discrete) as a bracelet would be so motivational for becoming healthly. I work two jobs & am constantly on the go, so this would help me keep track of my workouts during the week. I usually try to be active 3-5 days out of the week, but with so much going on, it’s sometimes hard to squeeze in. Being healthly and toning up is my goal, and just because it’s already summer..I’m not giving up on my goal to be in the best shape that I can.

    xoxo Kendra

  • Emily Laroe

This bracelet will really help me remember my goals since it is on my wrist! It’s cute and useful! I already eat pretty healthy since both my parents love exercising and eating right! My goal would be to exercise every day, wether it is a killer 15-minute ab-workout to a three mile run. -Emily

I need to keep in shape for the school sports I play, but sometimes it is really hard to do my workouts during the off-season. I am really trying for starting varsity this year so it is critical for me to stick with my fitness goals. More importantly, I love the feeling of upholding a healthy lifestyle. • Marissa Garcia

    Lauren,

Many times in our lives we wake up to a new day and decide we are going to do something differently, we are going to start going to the gym, eat healthier, or make “”better”” choices. But then in the next weeks, we wake up and make the same decisions over and over again. I am guilty of doing this to many times in my life. I started being a part of Laurenconrad.com not that long ago, and in the midst of a busy life style, with college and job, it’s easy to just forget those decisions. But for myself, a young woman who has so many goals and dreams that I hope to help make come true one day, I get caught up in the little things like scrolling through my favorite bogs, and laurenconrad.com has been influential in keeping me on track, showing me new ideas and creative new ways to stay committed to my decisions.

With all that to say, I would love one of the “”Count Me Healthy Original Bracelets”” to be just one more creative-fun way for me to remember just how much laurenconrad.com has helped me.

    -Marissa Garcia

  • edie grenda

Using this bracelet, I can easily track how many “”office exercises”” I complete during my work day. I would count how many times a day I drank water and ate fruits and/or vegetables. I used to eat so much junk food it was crazy! I had McDonalds all the time, pizza, burgers, along with other unhealthy fast foods. After a while I started to feel really tired and lazy, with no energy to do barely anything! I was also breaking out alot which made me feel super insecure. And I thought to myself, I am way too young to be feeling this way! It was definitely difficult to let go of my bad eating habits but I started doing it gradually. I promised myself that I would give up soda for a week, then two weeks, three weeks..etc. And now I have officially given up soda! I now drink mostly water. I also started to eat more fruits everyday as oppose to eating burgers and unhealthy snacks. Everyday the quantity increased and now I eat fruits a lot throughout the day. I also started researching healthy meals and a lot of the recipes I tried were super delicious! The more I did this the more I left behind my bad eating habits! I’m still working on it but my body feels better then ever! I feel so much more energized and happier and my face has cleared up so much without using chemicals! Counting each bead would remind me everyday how much I’ve progressed and will give me the motivation to never stop.

  • Julie Eastman

My health plan is to drink more water as well. It’s hard to remember and actually drink that much water every day! This would really remind me daily!

  • Ash

These bracelets are cute! My health plan would be more spiritual and mental health. I’d move a bead every time I did something nice or helpful to someone; no one likes a self centered person!

  • Spencer Clark

I would use it for water count or to count the number of times a day I do my physical therapy for my wrist.

  • Shanley Newman

These bracelets are fantastic. Ive been hitting the gym 5 days a week. I’m now a college cheerleader and the uniform is very unforgiving. I’ve been working hard and I feel great! This bracelet would remind me why I need to stay motivated at times when I need a little motivation.

  • kpepnor

I want to live a life without caffeine…This braclet will be a great reminder to stear clear of my afternoon coffee and reach for something more healthy and natural!

  • Selma Aganagic-Gabela

My health goal is to actually get my mind to getting healthy. It’s really hard to do so since I’m working day and night 12 hour long shifts. Trust me, it’s especially hard to eat healthy while spending all that time at work. Also, I am so tired when I come home so I don’t have any strength do cook sanything, not to mention anything healthy healthy. I would be really proud if I could organize my free time better, be focused to make food at home before going to work so I don’t get tempted to order anything fried along with my co-workers. There is one huge reason why I’m very ashamed for not sticking through with these decisions… My husband is actually really fit, he works out, eats only healthy food, on top of that looks amazing. Everyone would think that would be enough inspiration to carry through a healthy regimen…I’m not there yet, somehow it always slips my mind and I do need a constant reminder. I really hope this beautiful bracelet would be the deciding factor since I would always have it on. If you give me the chance, I would love to win it and see its influence on me. Thanks for this wonderful giveaway Lauren!

  • Amanda Smith

these bracelets are fantastic! My husband is a cancer patient and we always are setting goals for whatever we may be going thru at the moment; weather it be getting out of bed to walk a lap while in the hospital, doing exercises given by the physical therapist even just to pray or read a chapter in our bibles for encouagement. What a great way it would be to keep track and remember what we are reaching for!

  • Fatema Dossajee

I’m practicing fasting during the month of Ramadan and this bracelet would help me count how many glasses of water I drink after I break my fast at sun down! Its important to re-hydrate after a day of abstaining from food and water

  • Kate Thompson

I will use this bracelet to motivate me to lose that last 10 pounds, hit the gym 5 days a week, and drink 8 glasses of water a day! I have been looking for something to motivate me and I think this bracelet will do just that!:)

  • Ashleigh Harless

I would love to have one of these bracelets, I would count down the time left in my boyfriend’s deployment. The bracelet would be a positive reminder of how much time we have already gotten through.

  • Nelly

    Hi!

I would love to have one of those to count the glasses of water that I drink. Since I am working all day, I forget to drink water, but I really need it since the doctor has told me a thousand times that it would make a whole difference for my body (health). I believe that by using that bracelet I will see it and remember that I have to drink water even though I am too busy working.

  • Aimee Smith

My health goals as a college student and student athlete would be to take time to relax and keep myself healthy by eating right. I think many other students can agree with me, that college is an extremely stressful time. And sometimes, a deep breath, and a few moments to yourself can do the trick and ease a ton of stress! Along with relaxing, eating healthy and picking the right foods helps me feel better about myself! It’s amazing how certain foods affect you and what you put into your body truly matters.

  • Samantha M

I would use this bracelet to help motivate me to think positively about my body image and about getting healthy in general. I will use the bracelet to count the good things going on in my life each day. I think this will help me to think positively about all aspects of life.

  • krstnwllms

Love this idea! I would definitely use it for my water count! I’m always trying to make sure I get my recommended amount but when work gets busy I often forget!

  • Riah Ellsworth

I have so many goals that I would absolutely love to achieve, but the only problem is that Im always so busy that I lose focus and I become highly un-motivated. I use to reward myself for my achievements, but as that has come to a stop, I think something different such as this bracelet would do the trick. I would move one with every vitamin I took, every time I’d reach 8 glasses of water a day, every one more mile that I would walk/run, and I think by doing this it would become a challenge for myself as well as a self-discovery. I could feel proud of myself and I’d be able to show off my achievments with this braclet. Not only is this a cute accessory, but it’s something that could motivate me to better myself and my health…

    xoxo Riah

  • Tonya Walker

I would use it to count my trips to the gym. It would be very helpful! Keep me on track.

  • Annie Arment

This is such a cute bracelet with such a good meaning behind it!
Alright so I used to be super motivated to run, but within the last 6 months or so I haven’t ran much at all..
Whenever I’d hit the gym to run or just go around my neghborhood in the morning (before it got hot! ha), I always listen to music to know around how long I’ve been running. Plus, good music always just keeps me in that running feel.
My health goal is to get back into my running.
I would use this bracelet to count how many songs have gone by while I run, and when all the beads have been moved over is when I’ll know I’ve run for at least 20 minutes!:)
    Thanks for reading

  • Elisandra Morales Cardoso

This is such a great way to motivate someone to achieve their goals! I have suffered from headaches for over 3 years and only a few months ago have I noticed a pattern with my headaches. I tend to stress very easily and tense up which causes my headaches to worsen. I have been trying different ways to stay calm and stress free. With this braclet I would keep track of the amount of days that I remain calm. So hopefully with this bracelet I can remember that by stressing less my headaches don’t worsen, therefore helping me break headache cycles. :D

  • Kimberly Rutherford

What a fantastic idea to reach personal fitness goals!! I would use this to count each healthy habit I followed per day (i.e. drink water, healthier food choices, excercise, reading motivational articles to help keep the mind/body balance)

  • Nicole Harris

Being in college, it’s incredibly hard to not only eat right, but to have time for myself since my days are always full. I hope to focus exactly on that. I would use this bracelet to count each healthy habit I followed per day that focused on me and my well being. Hopefully with this, it will become a habit to allow some me-time (gym-time) so I can start loving myself and my body as much as I love my friends and family.

  • Melissa Litchfield

I would love to use to count me heathly bracelet to count how many glasses of water i should be drinking! I never drink enough water and I am always setting my new year’s resolution to be “”drink more water””! My health goal is to not only drink more water but to destress and relax during the times when you just forget. It’s important to put your health first, and that includes destressing!

  • Erika

After losing 70 pounds and keeping it off for two years, I finally want to tackle that last ten by getting back into the gym PERMANENTLY. I’d use this bracelet as a constant reminder that bikini bodies don’t make themselves, and 3 days a week at the gym needs to be a way of life – not only for that body, but for my health and fitness as well!

  • Courtney Preston

Someday I will win something, so here is another entry. I would use this bracelet to count my glasses of water. I am terrible at drinking water, I never drink enough and to have some motivation on my wrist would be great. I am a mother of 3 boys, so I’ve always got a million things running through my head so this would help keep me on top of my goal to drink more water!

  • Marissa Price

    My Goals:
    1. Eat Healthier
    2. Exercise 5 days a week
    3. Become passionate about living a healthy lifestyle

  • Kim Barron

This is such a great idea! I would use mine to count how many times I make a healthy breakfast. Too many times do i just wake up and find something quick and easy to make. This would help me keep track of the healthy breakfasts I make each morning. I think eating a healthy breakfast makes you feel great throughout the day, and motivated to eat healthy throughout the whole day.

  • Holley28

I would use the bracelet to help me count days with out eating junk food, or giving into my sweet tooth, ugh. If I had more then one bracelet I know I’d use one for healthy food and the other for exercising during the week. All around I want to just be healthier :)

  • Erin Spears-Lester

I would count my water intake. I try to challenge my self everyday to make sure I get enough H20. This would be a great way to make sure!

  • lgill95

Wow! Thanks for sharing! I love these bracelets!!!!!!! I would totally count how many sweets I had– and to remind me to cut back– or how many servings of veggies or something. I also love the idea of counting glasses of water! This is such a great way to be more conscious of eating and being healthy! Thanks!!!

  • Kary Ruiz

I am a busy mother of 2 beautiful kids, therefore I dont always have the time to eat right or hydrate myself as I should or as I would like to.

My goal would be to have 3 healthy meals a day and drink at least 4 bottles of water. Preferably I would love to follow the Bikini Boot Camp Plan. So I think this would be an amazing opportunity for me to be healthy…. How could I forget to do it with a gorgeous bracelet like that on my wrist.

  • arielle65

This is an awesome way to stay motivated! I am trying to train to run a half marathon in February so I would use this cool bracelet to count the things I need to stay focused. These goals are: eating right, running a higher mileage every week and stayin hydrated. This is such a cool idea! Thank you for posting!

  • Alexis Faber

Now that I am a senior in high school, with college applications and making sure my grades are perfect, health is still number one with my body. I would count how many times I drink water instead of a sweet drink, like Starbucks coffee or Jamba Juice. Even though I go out all the time with my friends or my boyfriend, a simple choice of water over soda or sugar can drop pounds so quick! :) Fruit is also essential, especially keeping my skin clear and with a glow! Despite being young and being able to eat almost anything, health should not be ignored. :)

  • Lilmssunshine18

I need to keep track of water too. I am horrible about remembering to stop and drink water most days!

  • Rachel Spohr

These are so cute! I think what I would use mine for is to motivate myself to give my body more positive compliments instead of saying negative things about my body all the time. I would move a bead for every positive thing I say about myself and if I say something body bashing I will have to move one back! It would be a good way to remind myself to start seeing the pretty and not just the flaws!

  • Lauren Mueller

This is a great item to help me get moviated. I would love to it use for losing weight and start exercising more. I am trying to lose weight to meet my favorite band next year and attend a special event. This will be a helpful reminder to help me achieve my goals.

  • Alex Ruffer

I would love to win this bracelet! I would use it to stop myself from saying something negative or judgemental about someone else. I would move one charm over each time i stopped myself from saying something negative. I am limiting the amount of sweets i have also, so if for 7 days i go without saying something negative, i could have a scoop of ice cream or some sweet. This would be a great way to keep me motivated.

  • Laura Gibson

I would be counting the number of times i said no to cheese or chocolate on one ear and counting cardio/yoga workouts on the other!

  • Lola24

Great prize Lauren, I love your site for health tips and inspiration! I’ll be counting down the many goals I have and this bracelet would be fab for breaking them down! I am currently recovering from cancer and have gained weight throughout the time I was ill and in the (chocolate eating) recovery time. I am now back in the gym and working slowly on getting my fitness back and my waistline!! I would move one across each time I get down to my next weight goal and up to my next fitness goal and move the final two over when I – 1. reach my ideal size (approx the size I was when I was 18..we’ll see!!) and 2. reach mine and my husbands ultimate goal of getting pregnant! Bit of a lengthy post!! xx

  • Victoria Vernali

i love the whole idea of this. its a good way to stay motivated and they are really cute bracelets

  • Rachel Switzer

Love these!! I think I would use mine to track every time I eat a healthy dinner…My hardest time of day is in the evenings after work. I love to go out to dinner but I am trying to cook at home more and make better food choices if I do go out. I think this would be great for helping motivate me to eat healthy. I decide what goes in my mouth and this would serve as a little award every time I make the right decision!!

  • Natasha Lueder

I would keep track of water :)

  • Emma Eccles

I have been actively involved in competitive cheerleading for the past 10 years, but I just suffered a wrist injury and can never cheer again. My goal is to keep in shape and stay strong! :)

  • Brandi Morris

I would use this to count the number of glasses of water I’ve had, the number of healthy meals I’ve consumed per day, or just to incorporate the amount of exercise I’ve accomplished that day! There are sooo soo many more ways this bracelet could be used if I was chosen as the winner! Thanks so much for the giveaway opportunity!

  • Mallory

I would use this bracelet as a reminder to make healthy choices in general. More specifically I would use it to either count protein servings, glasses of water, fruits/vegetables, etc. It would depend on the day! I hope can the opportunity to try it out! thanks!
