Things are starting to warm up and since Memorial Day is right around the corner, I figure what better time than now to showcase some of my favorite summer cocktails…

All of these look soo refreshing! I want to try every one! My favorite Summer Sip is a Fresh Garden Mojito made by my next door neighbor. She grows fresh mint in her garden & crushes it into a simple syrup over glistening chunks of ice! We sit out on our porch & toast to the summer! Fresh mint is the best! Maybe this year, I’ll freeze some mint & Raspberries in ice, just for the occasion…
