These look so good! Here’s another great recipe: Iced Pumpkin Cookies! Soft like bread, but iced for an extra touch of sweetness. And the recipe is from a nut-free website, so they’re allergy friendly for those of us with nut allergies!

I just baked my first batch of these! THEY’RE AMAZING! The butterscotch chips add just the right amount of sweetness, while keeping the cookie not too intensely sweet! The chips get crispy and delicious, and the texture of the cookie is soft. I absolutely love them. The dough is a little soft after mixing all the ingredients together, so I would recommend chilling it for a little while before you put them on the cookie sheet. Thanks Lauren for the post!
